Lovely earings, have not had a reaction to the metal as I did with another company. Well packaged and professional.

Placed an order on 3 July, email saying order despatched 6 July and that they would be delivered by 8 July. It is now 18 July and haven’t received anything. I have sent 2 contact forms asking when I will be receiving it and received no response. Stay clear from ordering from them.

Placed an order on 15 June which was allegedly dispatched on 18 June. Needed as a present for a birthday on 27 June. As of 27 June the order has not arrived, 4 emails have been sent to them in relation to this and zero response has been received. Absolutely disgusting service from them. After reading reviews seems a common theme. Do not buy from them.

Not great , purchased a bracelet in June 25 , it recently snapped , they were kind enough to replace it recently but the replacement snapped the same day !!

Perfect fit, ordered 6mm for 3rd hole on lobe. Bit fiddly to get in because of the size but didn't take long get in. Look really nice & delivery was surprisingly quick between christmas & new year.

Stunning pair of silver hoop earrings. Purchase the 8mm and they fit perfectly wouldn’t want any smaller.

I had ordered one of their initial necklaces. When the item arrived I tried contacting the company as I weren’t happy with the product. After many attempts to speak with them I decided to wear the product as I paid for it and they weren’t responding. After 2 days of wearing it had snapped and once again I tried contacting this company who I haven’t got any response back from! Do not buy from this place it is terrible quality and even worse service. This company is a disgrace!

Perfect earrings for what I needed,close fitting huggies. I initially ordered size 6mm for my 3rd piercing but found it fitted better further down the lobe,so ordered a another 6mm plus a 5mm for that top piercing. All fit perfect. Very happy with my purchases

I purchased 2 sets of huggie hoops, a 6mm and 7mm set. The 6mm were a little too snug and so emailed the team and asked if I could return as they don't do exchanges. I got a response quickly and they also followed up to confirm they had received the item and were issuing the refund. I purchased another 7mm set which fit perfectly and sit so well with the rest of my earrings.

I have been looking for a pair of sterling silver earrings for so long. These are great, especially for the price compared to other retailers! ordered on 14th they arrived today. Spot on, couldn’t ask for any more, they are what they’re advertised as. Thank you pretty little luxury.

Terrible customer service with extremely slow response times. Their support is practically non-functional and needs serious improvement.

I ordered two pairs of gorgeous small hoops. They are really pretty. I have been wearing them 24 hours and they are still looking good. Very comfy and easy clasp.

Great value. Swift delivery. More items on the website would be great to choose from.
