I used to love pretty little thing and ordered from there all the time but now I never will again. The quality of their items is awful. Every item I have ordered recently has been unwearable. The sizing is completely off. And they have the cheek to put their prices up! Don’t bother ordering

This company supplied an item not fit for purchase ( a bikini that you are apparently not supposed to swim in) to my daughter but refused to refund her. I have emailed them and was promised a reply within 24 hours. Today I got a reply to my email which read "Hi, Many thanks, form Richard". Not exactly the level of detail in the reply I was hoping for ! When I replied again asking where the actual message was, I got another automated response saying I would hear back within 24 hours!! It seems that this tactic is a ploy to stall for time, meaning they can ignore customers and their pledge to be in touch within a certain period. Very poor indeed.

Their advisor Sabbah was of great help. She was able to assist me in just a couple of minutes and helped me get a refund.

Order takes forever to come. Clothes are made from rubbish material and fall apart pretty quickly. The items that you order, when they arrive they look nothing like they did in the picture. Some of the items are really expensive for what they are.

I ordered a dress for my granddaughter, I unfortunately chose the wrong delivery address on the automated address, my fault entirely, informed them around 2 hours after placing the order and 12 hours before they despatched it to their courier. The item was delivered to an address at the other end of the country, (no signature on delivery) just received a photo of the item being stuffed through a letter box, you never receive an email from the same person, won’t help at all, they have the money, I don’t have the dress, they don’t care, avoid this shocking company at all costs.

Clothes are good. Sizing generally fine.

Shipping never ever comes in time. Paid for a years worth of next day delivery shipping and not once has it arrived “Next Day”.

Daylight robbery.

Bad costumer service, they cancelled my order four days after I ordered- saying the item was unavailable. And my refund is expected in 2 weeks from now. Not happy about this, shouldve learn after weeks of dealing with the same issue the last time I shopped on PLT, and them losing my package, not being able to deliever to the right address etc. Lesson learned this time.

I love the clothes always something new has arrived daily! Being 5ft8 is hard finding the perfect length trousers and PLT are my go too! ALWAYS!!

I had an issue with an item it was faulty and the customer service was just brilliant apologised and sent me new ones straight way NDD.

Returns are easy and quick and the money is returned to you quick!!

bad quality smelly and no responds

Modern day thieves. They stole my money the order never arrived for NDD on 21/5 when contacted I was told to wait three weeks. Explain how a refund for a next day order has a window of three weeks. They even checked the tracking and admitted it was lost but still won’t return my money. I spoke with Heather/Lydia K/Shahbaz/Alian/Rach/Caitlin/Anah all of who were very incompetent and gave me the same generic response. I’d suggest shopping with their rivals at least they know what customer service is. PLT you’ve lost a loyal customer over something so trivial.

I had a problem returning an item (because of a wrong adress) and the people from pretty little things did everything quick and easy!

I could re ordered my ítem again and I have it now, everythings fine!

PLT! The way forward height quality variations of sizes mehn I love plt! They always come through refunds very fast and they very professional ready to help answer any queries! PLT is my bihhhhh!

I love PLT thing they are my go too site as they are current and up to date style wise.
My criticism would be that you have crop tops in the plus section they are too small if you have big boobs(all the models have small chest area).

Brought some jeans from here and on the first time of wearing them the zip broke. I went on the live chat and spoke to Aroosa who refunded the jeans straight away. Thank you so much :)

I still haven’t had my delivery or refund and I keep getting told I’m going to be refunded and still nothing.

First time i have used PLT and gaves me such bad experience. Poor qaulity items, awful sizing, much different then picturr advertisement. I have used ASOS Missguided a lot and never had problem like this. Please cancel my PLT account.

This is one of my favourite online shops and I order weekly. When I’ve had any queries I’ve been able to use their Instagram customer service private message service & the service the girls provide is fantastic. They are very quick at responding & so helpful. Today I have dealt with Aroosa & she’s put my mind at ease about waiting for a parcel due today. A sunday!! She guided me to the right place to track and also hoped I had good holiday, how lovely.
It’s the little things that makes it a 1st class service. Keep up the good work Aroosa!

I ordered from PLT for the first time. For some reason the site only registered my street name, but not apartment number and floor. I contacted PLT through Facebook on a Sunday and got I reply from Rob. He contacted the warehouse and they changed the shipping address to the correct one within an hour.
