Pretty Pots is located in Chichester, West Sussex. We have many years experience selling to customers in the home and garden market via our small family run garden supplies company (AK Kin Garden Supplies - www.akkin.co.uk) and across other selling platforms such as Amazon & eBay. In late summer 2023 we introduced several ranges of decorative planters to our product offering with success, resulting in many happy customers purchasing pretty plant pots from us. We then looked to expand our range of Pretty Pots but felt with such a large pot offering that they deserved a website all to themselves. We wanted to create an quick & easy to use website for anyone looking for Pretty Pots for their home or garden. On the site we have included filters to make searching much quicker for the user, we have also added many specifications to ensure you know exactly what the product is. Last but not least we aimed to provide a attractive website that is easy on the eye. We will be adding to our ranges regularly where you will see new colours, designs and materials.

Excellent customer service! I ordered a 55cm Fargo pot which arrived damaged in transit. This issue was handled very professionally and promptly. My email was answered with an apology within hours and a replacement pot delivered in just a couple of days! The pot is lovely and the great service has turned a problem into a plus! I would highly recommend this company!

I found this company a few months ago when searching for large pots. I have to say that your customer service is impeccable.
I emailed you to query something and the man that replied was so helpful, polite and really nice. I did keep them in the end and ordered more.
The speed you pack and deliver is amazing. I only ordered 2 pots yesterday and they've already been despatched.

Pity I can’t tick zero stars
Pity I can’t tick zero stars. I ordered and received a large pot in July. It arrived scratched and quite discoloured. I emailed to request a full refund and after an initial email from Karl asking when I wanted it collecting I’ve heard nothing. No refund or response now despite several emails - dreadful service and I won’t be buying from this company again.

As the items I wanted weren’t in stock I emailed Pretty Pots and received a quick reply in which they promised to email me when the stock was available. This they did, so I ordered the pots but requested they not be delivered for a fortnight as we were away till then.
The pots were delivered exactly at the requested time.

Gorgeous pots
Exactly as described. Gorgeous pots, great value, good range, fair postage and fast delivery, great communication. Look much more expensive than they are, I'm using them inside and out, but don't forget to plug the drain hole or use a pot saucer if indoors (I used decorator's caulk in layers for mine). Will definitely order more.
