After seeing recommendations of citronella helping with mosquito bites, I chose this company to order a soap sponge & body spray for upcoming holidays. I took advantage of the 3 for £15 body products & 4 gel wax pots.

Shipping was fast & well packaged, upon opening, both body sprays were leaking everywhere! The soap sponge smelt waxey, far from citronella scent & the gel waxes, wow extremely poor scents.

Extremely disappointed with faulty items & poor quality, I contacted via online chat & email. No response, thankfully I paid via PayPal & got my money back!

Rubbish products & non existence customer service!

I’ve placed a few orders from this company and every time everything has been perfect. The products are gorgeous, smell amazing and are reasonably priced.

I have been subbed to the bath bomb box since it began. Never any issues until Royal Mail loses the box this month. Not the companies fault and I try and get in touch with them:

Using their website live chat
Sent two emails to their customer care email
Messaged them on WhatsApp

It’s been weeks and I never heard back.

I never want to open a chargeback or leave a bad review for a small business but I really did try to sort it out cordially, and would have kept my subscription ongoing. As it stands you have now lost a long term subscriber due to the complete lack of any customer service.

I bought 3 soap sponges which arrived quickly & smelt great.
The first one broke in half after a couple of uses so I reached out to Pretty Suds who apologised and said they would send a replacement.
I never received this replacement.
They said it was due to too much soap in the sponge....
The other 2 sponges also broke, with one, Citrus I believe, crumbling into totally unusable little pieces.
So 3 broken sponges & no promised replacement. Not great!

Have had several orders from Pretty Suds, all have been perfect! I love their products. My sons love a bath with the bath bombs and even though they both have very sensitive, eczema prone skin they have never had a reaction. I love both the wax melts and gels, the scents last for ages and the dupes are spot on. The soap souffles and sponges are a go to for me, I love that I can match my soap to my perfume!

We're do I start... Bath bombs are amazing smell so good. I have very sensitive skin and had no reaction to these bath bombs at all. The carpet dust wow the smell lasts for days. Will be ordering again.

I bought the mix and match bath bomb sacks for Christmas for my daughters. The bath bombs are colourful and fun with lots of variety and even better that they come with a sack which I think makes it a really nice gift. I’m sure I will be back :-) thank you.

As expected, delayed delivery of my order. I don't know why they do this and I am now considering not ordering in the future.

Recieved my order today and before I could even open the box I could get a whiff of lovely smells.
The fragrance dupes are identical!
The little pots of whipped soap are ridiculously cute, sweet little pots which I will be reusing for things.
I did originally buy them all for gifts but I'm tempted to keep them all now 🤣.
Shipping and delivery took about a week, not bad at all and there was a thank you note and a free pack of bath dust.....lovely touch.
Will definitely be buying again.

I am really impressed with the products I purchased: a body butter and a perfume.

The body butter smells amazing and absorbs well into the skin. It's a high-quality product that left my skin feeling hydrated and smooth.

The perfume is divine! The price is incredible for the quality. It has great sillage and strength, lasting for a long time. I also appreciated that there was no alcohol smell, which I often notice with non-designer perfumes, so that really impressed me too.

Will be definitely purchasing from them again!

Nice products but no customer service

I Had a monthly subscription bath box I liked the bath box but found it was all similar products but just packaged differently. I needed to cancel the subscription. Nowhere on the website does it allow you to do this. Managing subscriptions need to be made easy but on the website there’s absolutely nowhere to do this. I emailed multiple times over a few weeks and sent a WhatsApp message no response. In the end I had to call my bank to block the payment as this wasn’t a direct debit I could just cancel. You can’t run a business and have no customer service whatsoever. Looking at other reviews it seems this problem has been going on for a number of years and hasn’t been resolved. Good products but I won’t be purchasing again due to this.

Despite being fairly local I had never come across this company before until an ad came up on my Facebook newsfeed. Ordered and it was ready for collection within 24 hours. Just been to collect and the unit is lovely as are the owners. Definitely my go to place now for bath bombs, soap sponges and wax melts/gels!

Awful customer service, full of lying staff. They Cancelled my order on the 10th after 8 days of waiting for my parcel to be sent and blocked my emails/blocked me on Facebook to stop me exposing their lies still awaiting my refund! Full of lies and excuses as to why items haven’t been sent. Don’t waste your time. You’ll lose money and items.
