Prezzie Box Good -Evri poor

Prezzie box was great in ease of ordering, delivery timescales and presentation. The only down side was the delivery by Evri which damaged one of the items, however, Prezzie boxes response after investigation was great.

Good speed but poor packaging.

Good timely response to a late (for Christmas) order, but very lucky to receive product undamaged, very poor packaging, only a black plastic bag with a fragile product inside that could easily have been damaged.

Arrived on time and packed well

Arrived on time and packed well! Sadly one was damaged and I sent for a refund request. I was refunded and told not to trouble myself sending it back. As you can imagine this time of year is hectic so I very much appreciate this. Brilliant customer service and care
