Avoid Pricebuster at Amazon

Purchased a garden incinerator from Amazon by Pricebuster, sent by Evri, the lid was damaged, buckled and the legs were missing, all I wanted was the legs but NO, I have to take it to an EVRI return location and wait god knows how long for a refund, I will never buy anything from PRICEBUSTER again.

Appalling customer service

Ordered a shirt on the 21st. Chased a week later and was told it had been sent Recorded and to wait a bit longer. Chased again to be told it had been sent normal post and was now lost. A second shirt was promised by Recorded Delivery but no sign of that either. On the rare occasion the phone is answered I get a promise to investigate and phone back but I have not received a single phone call.

There are many Golf suppliers on the net these days, I suggest you use any rather than these amateurs.

Recommend avoiding

Pricebustergolf are a re-brand of golf 247 or the same company utilizing a second web address. Note my unhappy experiences below:

Order placed over Christmas period, so expected a slightly delayed delivery. After 16 days followed up. Email response.. looking into it. nothing... emailed twice more no response. Phoned. Will get James who deals with this to call back in 5 - 10 mins as he is in the loo. Over an hour later I had to call again. James notes he has only been in the office 15 mins! He will call me back in 5 minutes after checking... still no phone call. Disgusted, I would recommend steering clear. Off to Paypal to start a refund claim!

To be fair at Paypal dispute golf 247 refunded my purchase within 5 minutes of it being raised. They emailed and apologized noting they were following up with Post office.

2nd order placed through Pricebustergolf not realising they were the same company. Once again no item, 3 attempts to contact, absolutely no response to messages left. I advise steering well clear...
