Just curious why I'm paying $14 to…

Just curious why I'm paying $14 to ensure my belongings will be covered in case of loss or damage. They are locked up in a cinder block unit . And how could anything be lost? Sounds as if this is a complete and unnecessary expense.

Hi, the Protection Plan provides limited coverage for specific damage. It allows for a claim to be submitted without any deductible, which may be the case with insurance policies. Because the Protection Plan coverage is limited, we encourage tenants to carry home owner’s or renter’s insurance that extends to their stored belongings to ensure full coverage of their items. Of course, tenants should check with your insurance agent to be sure their policy extends to stored items. As you noted in your review, we do allow tenants to opt- out by providing proof of insurance. But if tenants do not have their own insurance, we offer the Protection Plan for at least some coverage for damage that can occur. Thank you

Very easy people to work with and the…

Very easy people to work with and the facility was clean. Carts are available to help with moving your stuff. Be sure to check the elevator door width as some items may be difficult to fit in.
The monthly rate was good until the last large increase.

Unsatisfied with service

We walk to 4 storages...when I ask why we are not driving ...her reply was we only drive upstairs...I was discourage ...she never ask me if I didn't mind walking...it was a bad experience...I also mention I had renters insurance policy...she told me I could not use my policy. ...for the first month..

I’m truly happy with the service they…

I’m truly happy with the service they provided me. The Lady who walked me through all the information was truly a blessing. She explained it to me in a very professional way. I had gone Public Storages about 4 of them and was not please at All.. I will always use the services of this storage building from now on. Plus it’s the first one that you can drive right in and unload your stuff without any problems. It’s Very Clean and Professional. Thank U for helping me store my things in a clean storage building. Thank U, Ms. Howard

Outstanding
Very clean, nice property. Employees are very kind, and know how to do their job. The reservation, and moving in process was so easy, and stress free. I definitely recommend this storage facility for any needs you may have.

My second time using this facility and…

My second time using this facility and the customer service is awesome. Always polite, friendly and professional. The place is kept clean and very secure. Highly recommend this place. Ask for Mrs. Wheatley!

First Stop 4 Star

Price Self Storage probably deserves a 5 star, however it was the first place I come to for my storage needs. I'm not familiar with others. I can't believe there might a better storage facility.

Have had a great experience

Have had a great experience! Chris makes it a smooth transition and is extremely helpful. Highly recommend price self storage!
