From start to finish we were looked after by Pride Plumbing. They were very transparent with the quote so we knew exactly what to expect. Very efficient service by hardworking Chris. New boiler fitted quickly and full explanation give on how to use the boiler and thermostat. Have used them before and will continue to use in the future.

We were very impressed with both Jake and Harry… They were very polite and friendly but professional . They seem to take great care and pride in what they were doing… It was lovely to see.

What a great service from start to finish. The visit to do the quote was prompt and very helpful. The quote arrived quickly. I was told that I would be called to arrange for a time to do the work and this was done quickly. The guys arrived on time every morning and worked hard every day they were pleasant and answered any questions I had. Having thought about having a new bathroom for numerous years we decided to finally bite the bullet. Well, I wish I’d done it years ago. Pride Plumbing staff are efficient, hard working, polite and very tidy! They worked solidly for 9 days and we didn’t have a bother. Neat, tidy, friendly crew - always on time. Cleaned up and hoovered always. Nothing too much trouble. Great installation work of a new bathroom including flooring and much preparation work removing old bathroom to bring up to scratch. This is the second boiler we have had fitted by pride plumbing. I would highly recommend them. They turn up on time, very clean and tidy, friendly and efficient. They took the time to calmly explain how the thermostat controls and app work. We feel they are competitive quotation wise. Always nice to use a local company with the added benefit that should you need someone in an emergency they are on hand. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. 100% recommend. Customer service at its best.

I was given a date for the work to start. They were on time. I was told how long the job would take and it was spot on. Chris was excellent. Turned up on time, cleaned up after himself, profesional and did a superb job. The couple of 'hiccups' I discovered were quickly and efficiently dealt with. They have a brilliant team . Always prompt, friendly, proffessional and reliable.
Most recently they have installed a new boiler for us. Jake and a colleague did a fantastic job, nothing too much trouble, and kept us informed at every step.

Jake , from Pride Plumbing came to track down and mend a leak. He was polite and courteous, completed the job without leaving any mess, was knowledgeable and informative, and kept us well-informed throughout.

Pride.Plumbing removed my old boiler and water cylinder and relocated the new boiler upstairs. This also involved fitting a new flue through the roof and new gas piping under the floor.
From quote through to showing me how to use the thermostat app, the team were prompt, friendly and professional, answered all my questions, and explained everything to me as they went along.
I always use Pride Plumbing, and as usual, I'm very pleased with the work they have carried out.

Pride Plumbing were by far the best firm we talked to about our bathroom refit. They provided reliable service, helpful advice and a quality finish. Their staff are also professional and very flexible. We will use them again in the future.

I can not speak highly enough about pride plumbing Derby. Everything from the call out when my boiler went to the installation. Mark was out within 2 hours of my boiler breakdown to try and repair my boiler but unfortunately it was not to be. Even tho December is every plumbers/gas engineers busy period they installed a new boiler within 6 days! Jake, the installer was efficient, friendly and professional and talked me through everything once the installation was complete. I would not hesitate to use pride plumbing again and would happily recommend to friends and family. 5 stars:-)
