Banned for asking for my PAID items

The server administration team is structured well and is very active helping players with any issues they may have, but any existing players or future players will need to establish an extent of favoritism with the administration team in order to maintain a deserving image, otherwise any outspoken comments or questions could result in a ban. I played for four years and donated over $800 including and not limited to base saves ($15), level saves ($15), lifetime insurance ($500), 2 instances of Lifetime dino insurance for ARK ($40), monthly subscription ($25). I Never caused any trouble during my entire time with PRG.
At the time I purchased two instances of the “Together Forever” dino insurance package which at the time stated that it protected a single dino for the lifetime of the ark server. When I went to redeem the purchases a server administrator stated that it was only applicable per wipe. Me bringing this information to them resulted in the banning of my account. I soon got off for the night (4am) thinking I would be given a fair chance to redeem myself in the afternoon hours.
I contacted the server owner, Lord Slaughter (James),. I requested a meeting with server owner about my ban After two days of waiting, they decided to deny my appeal and my meeting. Days after the banning of my account they sent me multiple reply emails falsely accusing me of being a “toxic, rule breaking, argumentative, and player poacher”. In a following email they stated “Your persistent arguments, refusal to accept rules, and ongoing attempts to find loopholes have exhausted our team and negatively impacted the community. Multiple staff members have expressed frustration in dealing with you, and several players have left as a direct result of your behavior". This statement is completely false. I was never pulled off to the side to discuss any form of improper conduct during my time there. I've always been polite, using respectful mannerisms (yes sir, yes ma’am and thank you) to everyone I have talked to including the players. I was not provided with any proof of any misconduct as the administration team could NOT produce any as i requested.
Lord Slaughter (James) decided that he would look into it and stated that he would open a support ticket to address the situation with administration team because i was "being so polite". He soon decided that the decision of the administrators was justified and not to be pursued any further and told me further attempts to contact us regarding your ban will be ignored . I then requested a refund to see if they would act in good faith due to me being a long-term supporter and give all unredeemed purchases, valued at $90, which was ignored. Due to the lack of carelessness of the leadership team, this gave me the opinion that I wasn’t a valued long-time supporter of PRG.
In conclusion, I would NOT recommend the PRG server group to anyone unless you want to be scammed, taken advantage of, and unjustly treated!
