Rotors are crap. Don't bother with these ones. Buy some good ones from your local parts store. Have had them on the BMX X5 for less than 2 years and the rotors have multiple cracks in them. Poor quality.

you are very dishonest , you do not communicate the parts are supposed to be life time warranty ….. I am not a happy person

I bought on 2017.10.15 a pair of Complete Strut Assemblies for a Nissan Altima 2005.
After 6 months the one on passenger side broken and I have to replace it.
My mechanic told me that he never seen such crap. Effectively the piston completely came out of the strut body.
Never again.

I have order approximately 15 orders .and i had one order that was wrong.I have a 2010 dodge grand caravan the back brakes pads on the van was change mid year .no one knew about it. When i researched it i found that there were 2 different sets.because i save so much moneys ,that it did'nt matter.i will still order my parts from prime choice.

I sent a an email requesting to return the unopened parts I purchased. No reply after a week, so I called. I was told by a short and unsympathetic employee, I would have to pay the return charge, PLUS a 15% restocking fee! Lousy service. Will NEVER use them again!

Quality, Price and Service - Top notch

I ordered parts. I was skeptical at best. Then I began to read the reviews others have left on this and many other sites. Those combined reviews now leave me apprehensive and anxious. I would not trust all the positive reviews you read below. They almost sound like ringers as they all seem to sound the same.. Hardly any mention of parts ordered , but rather they all seem to praise the company.

I called to verify my order was shipped. I was told that it was shipped However, the promised 4-5 business day shipping is now nearly 12 days. This has left me stranded. Way to go! When I mentioned my discontent to the person I was speaking with on the phone , she promptly brushed me off and hung up, but in a 'polite' sort of way.....
kinda like holding up your middle finger but covering it with your other hand......

I really really don't know what to make of this experience so far and I am fearful. I cannot afford to re&re the parts on my vehicle over and over again.. The late shipping in itself has compromised our schedule and we will now have to make alternate arrangements -if even possible so that we may attend a function on the weekend. If the promised shipping time had been honored, all might have been fine, but we're screwed. So essentially it is proving to not be worth the cost...

a review of the quality of the parts will follow. I promise you that. I was assured that the parts were of "premium quality" , but as all you lawyer types know.. the English language can be manipulated to make even the color red be seen as green.

I bought drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic pads.
I only tried installing them a year and a half after buying them.
Unfortunately, they don't fit even though they claim that they do.
I called them and reached a wall talking to their customer service.
Will be complaining to BBB.

I saw their products on ebay, decent prices. I called to inquire and was talked into ordering by phone. Major mistake! I ordered a kit that contained 2 rotors and brake pads and only received the rotors. When I called them, they basically told me it was my mistake. I promised a bad review on ebay to which they responded I couldn't, since my purchase was by phone. Some rude male with a british accent (supervisor) finally agreed to send me the rest of the parts. Because of their insulting ways and lack of respect for customers, I will never order from them and will tell anybody I know, of their extreme rudeness.

2 orders so far, have saved money. Packages were sent quickly, everything was there both times. Great products!!!!!! Great business!!!!!!!

There are many items you have listed , but do not stock ? Will you have these in the future or can they be ordered over the phone as special purchases ? I have received some of the items in the past and would purchase again as well as others if possible . Please advise accordingly . They are the non highlighted items listed . I have been very pleased with the service and merchandise received .

i ordered 2 of the same side struts, when i called to advise of my mistake, someone answered right away, and no question was asked, unfortunately it was too late to stop the order and i was told to refuse the order, after that i got a full refund and i reordered the right sides that i was looking for after, my next part purchase will definatly be with you.

Ordered rear brake pads for my car. Showed up very quickly. Looks like quality brakes, and they even came with the brake anti-rattle clips. Saved big-time.
