All coral are put through a minimum of 3 months fallow quarantine prior to moving to our fishless grow out systems. This breaks the life cycle of many common marine fish pathogens including ich, velvet and brook, massively reducing the risk to your prized reef inhabitants at no extra cost to you. Who am I? I'm a 4th year Marine Biology Student with 10 years reefkeeping experience including 2 years working at a large chain LFS and a further 2 years doing reef tank maintenance for private clients. Ordered a couple coral via the auction site and firstly communication was fantastic and very quick within a couple hours of paying a date was agreed for delivery, corals arrived and couldn't have been packaged better, heat pack still warm, within 30 mins of corals being in tank all opened up looking healthy, thank you prime corals

Ordered corals, I made a mistake and didn’t add delivery to the order. Ben was quick to pick up on this, contacted me and we sorted it out straight away. Ben has kept me updated throughout the process and I received as agreed today via Royal Mail. Packaging was exceptional with heat pack and individual corals in their own containers, secured and all arrived safely. Acclimatised and in tank now. First class service from start to finish. Would highly recommend and will be using Prime corals again.
