Awful customer service - avoid, I'm afraid.
Prime glass supplied and fitted various windows and skylights to me in 2019. Three years later (last week) and one of those skylights exploded on the inner panel - spontaneously. Fortunately no one was underneath it at the time but this is a large and expensive panel (around 1.5m square). It would be useful to discuss what an expert thinks might have been the cause.
On contacting Prime Glass, the polite admin person promises a call back. But despite calling every day for a week - politely in all instances - they refuse to speak to me on the phone. Instead an email:
"The glass breakage is not covered by the warranty so you need to contact a company that changes broken glass."
Leaving aside whether this is/isn't covered by any warranty and whether any fault is due, is this the after-service you want after your glass has been fitted? Wouldn't the wiser way for Prime Glass to engage with their customer, clear responsibility, and then solicit the business for the replacement skylight?
The stonewalling speaks for itself: avoid culpability at all costs.
Really disappointing for a company that was recommended by our architects. Sorry, I can't recommend.
