Absolute cheaters, with the knowledge of faulty boiler and a landlady who is not willing to fix the boiler, rented the place to us. We left the place after 3 month when we gave up on them. They are still advertising the place with faulty boiler. Owner hides behind the leasing company and leasing company behind the owner.
Received the place with faults and rubbish every where, however up on returning the deposit the are trying to take the last bit off you. Avoid them!!
Good upfront letting process but downhill after that. Their out of hours maintenance service simply doesn't work ((1) I was left with no heating for days during a period of freezing temperatures (2) I was left with no functioning oven over xmas) and their end of lease processes are very frustrating and very much in the landlord's favour.
