Excellent bike shop. Over the last few years bought bikes for myself, wife and children. Always on hand to answer my many questions and provide great advice. Bikes ride like a dream after their service. Absolutely no hesitation to recommend them to anyone.

Excellent bike shop with plenty of top quality bike products and very knowledgeable staff. Vince and the rest of the team provide a top end service. After a quick fitting and check over by a mechanic I left with a brand new bike! I’ll happily be retuning for any cycling needs!

Popped in for some sports nutrition, love the Torq gels. These guys are always friendly and helpful, happy to chat about what you need. They remembered me although I hadn't visited recently, so impressed.

Have now bought 2 ebikes from Primera. All the guys at the Poole branch have been brilliant. I couldn't have wished for better after sale support thank you Clive and Vince for being so helpful. Nothing too much trouble.

I recently brought a new bike from Primera, and it was a very positive experience. A couple of telephone conversations with Johnny leading up to me placing an order were friendly & helpful, and gave me confidence as a prospective customer to part with my money. I visited the shop on 28/10/24 to have a bike fit and collect my new bike. All the staff I spoke to were friendly and again made me confident that I could do business with this company. The shop and its stock were well laid out. My new bike is pretty much a Summer ride, so only a few short test rides to date, but all great so far. Thank you to all the team (Bournemouth branch)

I have used both stores and found them both to be friendly and helpful , Clive and Vince at Poole in particular . I have bought two bikes one from each store and despite being a not so technical but fussy lady they have taken the time and effort to make sure I am completely happy. Thanks guys

Was in the Poole store yesterday with a technical issue and received the usual excellent service and advice from Vince and Clive. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I have found this out over a number of years having bought several bikes for myself and partner. They always go the extra mile to ensure we have a great customer experience.

I’ve recently started a new role which requires another bike, and I am exceptionally pleased with the Scott Aspect I purchased from the Primera Poole store. Clive and Vince advised me with care and consideration about the most appropriate bike for my budget and needs. When it was discovered the frame colour I wanted was out of stock, Vince went out of his way to source it.
The bike arrived promptly (faster than I expected) and on collection Clive advised on pedals, as well as other attachments that I required. Many thanks to Paul in the workshop for his expert and diligent assembly. I could not be happier with my new ride, it’s just what I wanted.
On a side note, I’ve been riding bikes for many years and the team at this store treat me like a cyclist, rather than a female cyclist, which is an experience not replicated at all bike stores and this makes a massive difference to me.

I recently ordered a bike from Primera on cycle to work. They were super helpful in modifying one of their sale bikes to my spec, made the process super painless and shipped the bike to me. They answered my questions, gave sensible recommendations, kept me informed every step of the way - I couldn't have asked for more. And then they gave me loyalty points too!

I had to return a frame (manufacturer fault) and the whole team, in particular Clive, made the whole experience as positive and easy as possible.

Bill (Shop Owner) is also a top man and has been super supportive over the past three years. I am very grateful for Primera Sports and would highly recommend.

Vince was simply superb from start to finish with my new Orro road bike. Being new to cycling Vince guided me through various options which were best suited to me and fitted me with a perfect bike.

I've bought two bikes and various other things from the Poole branch and have both bikes serviced here, I find the team friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble, they even gave me a bike fit months after buying the bike after noticing the saddle height was wrong. I took my bike in for a service and it needed a lot of work on it. The Primera team went through everything and what was essential to replace and did their best to get the best price and only do what was essential. They gave good advice on makes of wheels and brakes. They went above and beyond to do the best for me and reduce costs where they could.
