I've had the same experience as everyone else writing these reviews. Bought some pumps that were cheap and tacky, I did get a reply about returning them and was assured I would get a refund but I've had nothing and emails are now bouncing back. It's disgusting to treat people this way!
I believe this Primewellness is a scam they sold very poor quality sandals. I asked for a means of returning the sandals. The address was sent to me after returning the sandals they refused to reply to my emails. In this hard time
1 star as there is no zero
Awefull trainers and sizing is not good either. Offered 50% refund to keep them which I refused and asked for full. Sent back and told refund would be 6-8 working days. It's now 11. Sent numerous email which they don't reply to. Do NOT order from these.
Black Orthopaedic Fashion Pumps arrived. They are of terrible quality, not leather as described, uncomfortable and too small. I have tried to contact them for a return but the website is closed. I emailed their support@ email address shown on the invoice, but the email has bounced back as undeliverable - so I emailed them on the info@ email address shown on this trust pilot review page and that has also bounced back. So I am now £40 out of pocket with naff shoes that I cannot return for a refund. On the website and invoice it said 5* reviews on TrustPilot - so they are lying as clearly they only have terrible reviews - I wish I'd looked them up on Trustpilot before ordering from this scam so called company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I have not had a refund for some sandals that i returned to this company due to them not being leather as they stated on their description.
I returned them by royal mail paying the postage. After lot's of emails i am still waiting for my refund of £39.95.I agree with others that this is a bogus company supplying terrible quality shoes that are made in China from plastic material. They should not be allowed to advertise and the business should be closed down.
As with the previous review bogus Chinese Company with a believable English website ABSOLUTE CON
The sandals came and were of poor quality and although they were meant to be a uk company the shoes came from China and had to go through customs. The website says itcwas a UK company and it isn't. The stitching on the strap meant it rubbed my foot within 5 minutes of wearing them and they were meant to be orthopedic and comfortable, they aren't. I would not recommend these shoes.
