With an expense of almost 1000€, to be delivered in Portugal, I was obviously concerned, but as my questions where answered promptly by Mrs. Tiziana I decided to order.
To all the costumers out of Italy, I highly recommend Primi Mesi, the delivery dates were respected, the products arrived in excellent condition and the costumer assistance was exceptional.
For sure this is the first of many orders.

Fist of all, they claim they do deliveries all over the world and have an option to select english as language in their website but their customer service "DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH" so good luck trying to communicate with them.
I ordered a Foppapedretti chest of drawer for my baby and it arrived completely broken. It's broken in so many parts thats its imposible to fix. All the drawer runners are broken, hence no shelf can be held in the frame. And if that was not enough also the wooden frame had split in two on one side. And to make things worse, the drawers are also damaged. I had never seen something like that.
I tried contacting them the day I received the item. I sent them pictures and after some days I got a reply which was impossible to understand as it was written in very bad english.
I asked for the answer to be resend in italian, so at least I could try translating it. And basically, what I got is them asking if I checked the product before signing. And after I replied to that, I didn't received any answer what so ever.
I'm sorry, but I didn't sign anything saying I was happy with the condition of the product. I only signed on a hand held device that the driver had as you sign for any delivery. The box seemed fine. When I opened it, I realized the product came fully assemble, which is not very clever considering the large number of plastic fittings it has (of course, all of them broke). The furnifure obviusly didn't have enough protection inside de package to prevent movement and that caused all plastics parts to break, the drawers to collapse and then even the wood to break. That, or they deliberately send me a broken product for which I cannot get a refund.
I buy online all the time, and this has been by far the worst shopping expirience ever, if I could I would had put 0 stars.
