Awful Shipping (or lack thereof) Experience
I ordered a few items and received a confirmation and tracking number. The tracking indicated that there was a label created and then never updated after that. After one week, I called Princess Polly and I was only able to talk to an AI assistant who told me my package was en route and to contact the courier. When I contacted Ontrac, they said to reach out to the shipper because they never received the package. Finally, after two weeks from my order confirmation, I emailed Princess Polly. I did receive an answer quickly, but I was told that my package was lost and they were going to refund me. I responded asking if I could just have them re-order my stuff for me, as I obviously wanted the items that I ordered, not a refund. They responded that they could not do that. When I went on the website to re-order my stuff, more than half of it was sold out in my size. This was a really disappointing experience; I basically just let this company borrow my money for a couple weeks and got nothing in return for it.
Fee to return, fee to cancel a return. Be aware!!
Ordered and did not like it very much so I requested a return. I found out that there was a return fee I would have to pay which is absurd. Decided to keep the product and cancel the return, I wasn’t reimbursed and hadn’t sent the package. I emailed them asking to cancel my return and they said it wasn’t possible because I chose immediate reimburse option. What a joke! I have not been reimbursed and might be charged to cancel my return. What a scam

Beautifully made clothing, but I had 2 customer service issues and no response after repeated attempts.
I have spent several thousand dollars on clothes at PPolly. I had a couple inquiries responded to, then, when I asked a couple more questions, I received NO RESPONSE at all.
When I was asked to review people for responding to my questions, I gave 1 star, because you couldn't give 0.0 for no response at all.
Princess Polly customer service did nothing to complete the inquiries 2x, and I reached out about the issue more than once on each occasion- it seems the inquiries were dropped.. I have had no problem with customer service until these 2 incidents.
They also have no way of returning more than one item in a delivery, because they only send the delivery with one return card. If you have more than one return in an order, you will have to wait up to 14 days for them to go through it, and credit you. But, you will not see any credit or verification of the items sent back, until they manually receive it, and check it.
They also do NOT do anything about it, because they admitted to me that you can not send back more than one item at this time, with the way returns work. They have no way of tracking more than one item in a package going back for returns, until they actually receive the package, and go through it (I hope I'm clarifying this so its understandable).
If you do not like something, and do not want an exchange for a different size, or a credit, you will be charged $6.50 (approximately) within the US for returning an item.
The clothing I've purchased from Princess Polly has been excellent quality, lined beautifully, great materials like organic cotton, and the clothes are very flattering. Worth the up-charge from your average clothing places like Marshall's. It's nice to find clothing that is made well and fits well. Very flattering with darts, paying attention to women's curves, and also modest with a little sex appeal... many clothes are too sexy and revealing for my taste, but they have well-made modest clothing for my liking.
Even though returns and customer service isn't always perfect, I will continue to purchase their beautiful clothing.

Awful service for what I paid. They said delivery to Italy would take 10 days max, it has been 2 weeks and the package still hasn’t been delivered. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for 3 shirts, I expected at least a decent service. Definitely not worth it for EU customers (between duties and shipping)
SCAM
I made an account just to review this company. It's an absolute scam, don't order from them. Their shipping is extremely unreliable, their clothes are bad quality and they don't give refunds. Their customer service is extremely difficult to reach out to and dismissive, just wanting to pass you onto to other customer service agents. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IT'S A SCAM
Forced to pay return shipping
I have used princess polly for a few dresses and one that I just purchased came in much shorter than anticipated and the fabric was almost like a wetsuit material. Instead of allowing a return for a full refund, they make you pay nearly $7 return shipping to send back a product that is not up to quality standards. This is ridiculous and I would not trust ordering from them if you may need to return something for quality/sizing issues.

The items have bad quality and don’t look very good. If you want to return it you now would have to pay for the shipping on your own which would be more than some items. On the website it says Eu return ist not available because of tariffs. The costumer service is just rude overall and no help at all.

Finally ordered a dress I'd had my eye on for a while, as I had an event coming up, and was very excited for it. In the shipment method it was outlined that it would take 3-6 business days to arrive so I ordered it on a Thursday morning, receiving my order confirmation that day, with the event being on the Friday evening the following week. I checked my emails today (Sunday) to see if I could track my order only to see the expected delivery date was a Friday two weeks away. I emailed asking for this to be sorted out but was told that this would not be possible. In fairness I was compensated with a 25% voucher which I appreciate, but am still disappointed my dress won't arrive I time. I can only hope that when it does arrive it is very good quality.
A Sapphire Diamond in the rough
The store itself was conducive to meet my last resort urgent need of a classy, sexy yet professional look for my job interview at a lucrative car dealership coming up. Angelina and Clarke did a phenomenal job from the fitting room to the cashier. I even received a 20 % and a future invite for upcoming events in store.
Really disappointing customer service
Really disappointing customer service! Princesss Polly sells cheap products, there are way better online platforms out there. And the customer service is so bad and they're very rude and not offering any solutions. I made a very disappointing experience with them, never again!
Poor quality
To be honest this company sells really cute clothes. But the quality is polyester / viscose for like 90% of their clothes and heavily overpriced. It is a fast fashion company so it’s not different buying from here than from shein/ temu.
avoid in europe
the quality of the clothing isn‘t great, definitely overpriced and you won‘t be able to return defective clothing. you‘d have to pay for a return to the us which is at least 15€. just don‘t order there even if the clothes look good on the pictures :/

Cute clothing, horrible customer service
Although the clothing looks cute, their customer service is absolutely horrible. The dress I ordered did not fit, so I initiated a return. They use a company called Reshop. All seemed ok, at first. I sent back the dress, and received a credit. However, Reshop decided to recharge me for the dress after they had already given me a refund. Stating that the dress was not sent back (which it was, and I have proof of delivery) and then the second time I contacted them they said that I had requested a refund twice (I did not). They do not take phone calls, they could not provide me with proof that they refunded me twice. Reshop told me to contact Princess Polly, Princess Polly told me to contact Reshop. HORRIBLE experience and I am still fighting to get my refund.
