SCAM
SCAM. Lying saying the item I returned was not in the box and stealing money by not issuing the refund. Shocking.
Update.
It has been 2 months now. After contacting them over and over (impossible, no answer, no reply to emails etc), they finally admitted the item I had returned was indeed in the box (I told them they need to look at the weight of the package, which clearly indicated the item I had returned was inside after they said it was empty (shocking!!!!).
After 2 months, finally acknowledgement they had recieved the item back, however still no refund...
Really don't EVER buy online from them. It's worth paying more at a reputable place and avoid this scam.

Need to return unwanted items. Process is terrible. Clearly not setup for reverse logistics, in English, from the UK. Website provides inaccurate information, customer service impossible to reach, Messenger messages ignored, customer contact form ignored. Feels like a scam but it's Printemps.

Where is my parcel
Where is my parcel? No tracking updates, I ordered on 30th January and it was dispatched on 31st. And it's been 8 days, there is no update after 2nd February. Or there is no customer service number on their website, very pathetic or stressful. I have spent 150 pounds, and my parcel has not arrived yet, or I have not received any reply even when I filled the online form. Very poor customer service.

The day I posted the review on Trustpilot, I got the email next day on Sunday. Your package from IMX France has been dispatched. Your package will be delivered on Friday, 16 February.

My order is delivered today at 1PM by amazon. so I've increased my rating, as the packaging and product are both good. My concern is tracking information and the lack of communication from Printemps. If they can improve this then they'd get a top rating.
Overall the product and packaging are good. But the customer service is so pathetic. I filled online forms couple of times and didn’t get any response. But now when I received the product, they are responding stating “your package has been delivered by amazon”. They should improve their customer service. But the product I ordered is good. I’m happy.

Where is my parcel? No tracking updates
I have purchased twice from this website but never encountered this before.
I placed an order on 28th Jan, and it is dispatched on 31 Jan. The package is delayed and I still haven’t received my item!!! It is supposed to be delivered on 5th Feb, but now is 10th Feb. The latest tracking detail update was 7days ago!!!! Where is my parcel? I submitted online form but no reply. I will give another 2days before sending a dispute.

No communication, poor returns
I ordered 2 items one of which was too big. I registered the return online and was told a return ticket would be emailed to me by the courier. It’s been over a week and I have messaged them 3 times through the online contact form I still haven’t received a shipping label. There is no customer services telephone number and absolutely no response from Printemps. Buying from this company is very stressful and communication is non existent.

No tracking update or email replies
I have the same issue as a lot of people on here - I placed an order from the UK on 30th January, delivery was estimated on 2nd February and now the tracking info has stopped updating and is stuck on that date.
I’ve sent Printemps 2 emails now via their contact page and a Facebook message, with no response. Terrible customer service and lack of tracking info - it also appears that shipping is via Amazon and not Hermes as specified on the website.
Here’s hoping the product is actually good when it arrives some unspecified time in the future, because I dread to think how badly they handle returns.
Edit 09/02: Printemps have replied and I have had automated emails stating that my order is delayed. But the tracking still hasn’t updated since 02/02. They really need to use a reliable shipping tracker or a different courier to resolve this.
Edit: 13/02. My order has arrived via Amazon, the printemps tracking never updated but the Amazon one did on 10/02. A new problem like some others on here: order has arrived too late and I want to return it, but the Printemps return system has autogenerated a label for France rather than the UK. I have emailed them so let’s see how long they take to respond and send a UK return label!

Not good customer service but item arrived well
Printemps could improve their poor customer service, which provides slow replies and is difficult to contact. Regardless of this and some delay in shipping, the product ordered arrived well and in good condition.

No tracking Updates
I've had the same tracking experience as Dominic P., the only difference being that my order was for a shirt on 25/01. Estimated delivery is still showing as 31/01, with no tracking updates since 30/01 and currently no response from Printemps. I'll give it a couple more days and then create a dispute with my bank to obtain a credit to my account.

Shortly after posting the above review on 03/02, I received a Shipment History update to confirm that my order had arrived in UK. Furthermore, Amazon tracking shows that the item is now at their local West Sussex facility. However, for some reason, they've advised this morning that delivery will be on 14/02. Printemps are still showing an estimated delivery date of 31/01 in their tracking facility!
Assuming that delivery is in the next day or so, then I'll happily add a couple more stars to the review, which will be more out of relief than anything else!
2nd Update on 05/02
My order was delivered tonight and so I've increased my rating, as the packaging and product were both good. I also have no issue with the time between the order on 25/01 and delivery on 05/02, as the item was coming from mainland Europe. My concern remains the ambiguous tracking information and the lack of comms from Printemps. In this respect, the Printemps' tracking link still shows an estimated delivery date of 31/01! If they can improve this then they'd get a top rating

Ordered a bag from their website on…
Ordered a bag from their website on January 24th. Shipping would take 2-4 days. It has been 9 days and the shipping information hasn’t updated yet. I’ve contacted customer support several times now without any response. If they do no ship the order in the next 24H I will have to file a complaint with Paypal and contact the European consumer center to file an official complaint. This company has 3300 employees and an annual turnover of 1.8 Billion, but they cannot even ship out their orders, despicable and shameful.

SCAM!!!!
I ordered since 25th Of January to be delivered 29th of january. Up until now no delivery. its just label created at amazon shipping that it is showing. No way to track it and amazon said they cant track it.

This is by far my worst experience with online shopping. Two items non delivered. Amazon ssid theh dont have the items. Printemps saying will take 15 days. This is ridiculous. Where are my items?????

I have some good experiences with Printemps!
I ordered a bag and it came delivered fast and on time BUT the bag has some damaged and I want to change the bag so i sent the bag back. I dropped the box at drop point close to my house.
During those time I know it might take long and I'm afraid the available bag gonna be gone so I ordered another one (exactly same one that I returned)
Another package from another order came delivered and the bag looks perfect and in good condition.
Back to my return package. I contacted customer service and told them I wanna return and not exchange anymore because I already bought a new one. And they said they are waiting to receive my package.
But my package seems like it get lost during delivery because after a week past I still couldn't check any information. I went to ask at drop point and they couldn't give me answer.
I immediately let Printemps know that I couldn't track it at all and I'm afraid the package might be lost somewhere from delivery.
A couple days later I got an email that says my package is lost from them BUT they will exchange another bag for me and they are sending it.
I emailed them back immediately and asked for return and not exchange and they fixed everything for me and I got money back from that.
The response from customer service might take time but I'm really happy with your help!
WORST COMPANY EVER!
i finally got a response from Printemps 2 days ago saying a investigation will take 15 days! i emailed them back saying this is not good enough and to please put me in touch with a manager. since then they have not replied or emailed me with any new information. they are ignoring me.
this is hands down the worst company iu have ever used. i work in customer service myself and there is no way my company would ever treat paying customer with such contempt. this is a fraudulent company , once they take your money the go silent.
DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
as earlier mentioned because they refuse to contact me directly i will continue leaving bad reviews on here everyday until my issue is resolved.
the tracking is now saying shipment cancelled with amazon.

Terrible customer service
My son ordered a jacket, arrived fine but didn’t fit properly so has requested a refund. Refund form received and completed but have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for a return label? Not sure why these are not included with the order to make it easier to complete a return? Emails sent twice now to request label, message sent on messenger! No phone number on site to contact. Where’s my label!!!!

Final update. It just arrived, 3 days late but everything is fine otherwise. Nerve racking unnecessary experience with a good ending at least. I also got refunded the shipping fees

However, I placed my order and paid on 29th December and nearly 3 weeks later it's still not been delivered and no update or tracking available. I've contacted the Customer Service department several times and I've had no reply. Refused to honour my Sale purchase
I ordered a pair of Thom Browne shorts in the Sale. Paid for it. Next day received an email saying "My order cannot be dispatched and the order has been cancelled.
I contacted them again, asking for more details. Didn't here anything back. Pure customer disrespect and bad attitude.
I frequently shop at 24s with much better customer experience.
I went on their site today. The shorts have doubled in price to over £600.
By law I purchased in good faith and the transaction was completed. Therefore, they should honour my purchase.
Still have not heard from them. Trying to contact them by phone is mission Impossible.
So, so disappointed and upset!
Is this really how to conduct business? They are bringing shame on the Qatar Holding empire, with this disrespectful customer Service - Shame on them!
