I received an email that had NO written content, NO instructions, NO information - just a pdf of what I wanted printed on my form in tiny print in the upper left corner of the pdf. I assumed it was a proof so I responded to the email with my approval. Then I received a duplicate days later.
There has been NO communication on the status of my order so I called. The rep told me that production was waiting on my approval! WTH? She then proceeded to tell me it would be another 2 weeks! I tried twice to contact the company through their online form & the site crashed. I went to their FB page & their email doesn’t work! UNPROFESSIONAL & POORLY MANAGED COMPANY! There’s NO way to contact the his company online!
