I've been using Printhead's HP Photosmart Compatible cartridges for at least 4 years now and find them to be a first-class product, quickly delivered and at a very good price.

My earlier review of its products was posted in 2015 and nothing since then has happened to change my high opinion of this provider.

Epson Ink scam: Expected the worst when dealing with Epson ink but these guys deliverd the goods THAT WORKED! A none Epson ink cartridge that registered with my printer. I am over the moon. I paid £1.50 instead of £10. Many thanks Printhead. Its about time someone took on the scammers at Epson!

I have use printhead.co.uk for over 5 years now without any problems. The ink cartridges have always been excellent and they have always been prompt with there delivery, and i have never had to call customer service to complain.

I would recommend printhead.co.uk to anyone wanting to save money on there printing costs.

A polite company, and i think its good they want to provide cheaper ink + they gave me a refund when i had a problem but i bought a black cartridge + put it in my printer and printed 2 sheets, the color parts printed but the black parts didn't. I also got pop up box saying the cartridge wasn't compatible + then all the cartridges started showing as nearly finished.

the product looks fine and has Epson rx425 on packaging & comes securely packaged but when I put it in printer no black was printed, i then bought a compatible from another company and that worked but it took time for the black ink to come through on the paper, the service from printhead is good, they respond to emails + do refunds but it was stressful seeing the black not print + the ink monitor pop up box show all the cartridges were empty when i had hardly used them + i thought i was going to have to buy another printer which was stressful

I have been using PRINTHEAD for a long time now and have not found a more reliable company for service and speed of delivery. The ink cartridges work every time and if I get the message that my printer doesn't recognise the cartridge I invariably find that it is my fault for not pushing the cartridge in properly, so I just open the printer and press all the cartridges in . Problem solved !

Been using printhead.co.uk for years and never had a problem with there cartridges or service. Just stunning!!

Cartridges delivered very promptly, no problems with quality of cartridges and excellent value for money.

I have been purchasing Canon S330 photo cartridges for over 2 years from Printhead and except for one occasion (when they were in short supply) have found the service to be prompt and very good value for money compared with other suppliers. The cartridges have performed perfectly with no evidence of damaging the print head.

I had an issue with the ink which I ordered and had to keep pestering to even get a reply to my enquiry/return request. I got the impression they were clearly not interested in accepting any returns. I would dissuade anyone from using them - Simply because the customer service is unacceptable, in my opinion, and there are better companies out there who will provide a much better service!

Have used Printhead for cartridges for a few years now. Easy to order, always reliable, products that work. Completely satisfied.

The cartridges have always been vconsistently good value for moneya and reliable. I do sometimes find that there is a little ink left in them at the end of their 'life' but I don't worry too much as they are so cheap to buy! I can always rely on Printhead for a fast, reliable service too.

Faultless transactions, brilliant prices and excellent products, what more could you want?

Just purchased a set of 4 different coloured ink catridges, they work just as good as the more expensive ones i have used in the past. I would have no hesitation in purchasing these again.

I have been buying ink cartridges from Printhead for years now. I always shop around, but always seem to return to them. One lost delivery was re-sent at no cost to me. Excellent customer service.
