Lovely packaging and support just what I wanted

Having to use a computer is still a scary ordeal for me. Thanks to Max talking me through it (more than once) I managed to get something ordered, well made and delivered. It's just the job, more than happy with it. I would recommend Printingblue to everyone.

I have been working with Lisa at Printing Blue the last couple of months. She and the team couldn't have been more helpful. The products have arrived and are perfect! I would definitely use again and recommend. The only reason I deducted a star was because I had gone with them believing they were based in the UK, but they are not. The service and the product are faultless though.

Excellent service, quick responses and high quality products. Able to create great custom pieces of packaging for an unrivalled price. Our point of contact has been Max for the past few months, who has been really helpful so we’ll certainly be using PrintingBlue for the foreseeable future.

Good boxes, Travis was very patient and helped me throughout the process. l was nervous at first because I’ve had a bad experience with another box company previously. The boxes arrived on time!
I will used them again. Only negative is that they are not base in London.

Five stars for the amazing team. We work with Printingblue on our soaps packaging and we highly recommend them. Very patient with all the details provided by us and they work on the design till every last detail is ok. Friendly, fast customer service as well.

Customer service and work are both excellent! I have no regrets

Their team made a change to the artwork but fortunately I was able to catch it. Then they made a second mistake that I did not catch ... I should have been more carful but I never expect the printer to move graphics around. We found the problem after receiving the full run and it was unusable. The project manager refused to take any responsibility or to offer any support, rebate or apology. He even made up a stupid lie that I was like "No that's not true, just look at the file". LOL I actually think they pretend to be in the States or UK but that are run by an overseas company. Anyway, not a good company to work with.

This is the first time I've worked with Printing Blue and I've been really impressed with the results. My previous suppliers suddenly doubled the unit cost for orders under 1000 and I was left feeling very exposed, especially as I operate from overseas. Printing Blue were one of the few companies offering printed kraft packaging online and I contacted them not knowing what to expect. The job took a bit longer than expected - mainly because the company took such care to match the colours of the previous packaging - and once everything was agreed, it was quickly delivered. Big thanks to Max and the team for always taking my calls and being so helpful throughout. I'll be back!

Great communication and service from the team at Printing Blue. The product range and quality is excellent and I would highly recommend. The pricing is very competitive and the turnaround time is very good.

Highly recommend Printingblue. Particularly for small companies that require a lot of help in terms of graphic design and smaller printing quantities, this company is perfect! Fantastic service, super fast replies and really professional. Was very satisfied with the quality of the end product.
