Terrible service payed for next day or 2 day delivery can’t remember but that’s was 2 weeks ago and had no reply of them

The company offered fast delivery but my tickets didn’t arrive until the day before my event (over a week after they were meant to arrive).
They weren’t to specification.
The company were being awkward about what they could and couldn’t do with their formatting. Apparently they can’t align text to the left, and can only align to the centre 🤔
They stopped answering my emails.
They seem uninterested in any sort of resolution.

What a great find this company is. Great service and always right first time. Quick delivery. Good quality tickets at a very reasonable price. Have used this company for a lot of events/raffles and have never encountered a problem. Would definitely recommend.

DO NOT USE. Took my order after advising they would sent proof through. Once proof sent I queried the set up as it was awful. 4 emails later and 24 hours later I received an email to say order cancelled. Terrible company

Time and time again I use this company. They manage to make my uninteresting design for a ticket, look really eye catching. Their turnaround is amazing and they double check everything before printing. Excellent prices too.

Super quick responses and delivery, and helped me out in a bind by printing a huge order of tickets in record time when I misread a listing and massively under ordered raffle tickets for our school fair. Would happily use again

Very arrogant and unhelpful personnel

I think this is the 1st time I've written a trust pilot review but I feel compelled to say how brilliant this company is.
I've used them twice now to design and print tickets for events. The quality is brilliant and delivery fast.
I am particularly impressed by the effort that goes into the design including bespoke elements that have been added without prompt.

We've used this company to print tickets for our Fireworks event for the past few years.They are amazing!
This year they have produced the tickets quickly and also added advice that I forgot to put on about not bringing personal fireworks. I had to re-order 2 of the tickets and they even numbered them to follow the ones I already had.
Great looking tickets and excellent value for money which, as a charity, is a bonus.

Excellent service and a great price. 24 hour turnaround. They even added extra graphics and specialised font that I didn’t request at no extra cost. Would definitely use again.

Brilliant service, I approved my proof and received the tickets the next morning which were absolutely perfect I can't praise them enough, will definetly order again

Great Service. Tickets arrived 2 days later and looked great. There was a problem which was my fault in the proof. They sent out a new set of tickets the next day because I couldn't get a reply from emailing. They said they were short staffed. Not sure if they will send out duplicates to everone who does not proof properly but in this case they were excellent.
