It was easy

It was easy to design our post card/ flyers and they turned out perfectly for what we needed. The value and quality of the print was 10/10. I shopped around before taking the chance to try a new company. Looking forward to our next projects with them. ( Shipping was expensive, but everything is currently) I did have the option to go pick it up for free.

Varying Pack Quantities

We have ordered with PP for years. Our branding tags have always been ordered in quantities of 250/pk. We recently received several cartons of varying pack quantities. Very disruptive to our business.

No cooperation

After seeing the proof I reached out to Print Place to explain my order was wrong and needed adjusting. 1 day after my request they went into production anyway, producing an item that is worthless to me now. After trying to prevent the shipment to no avail I received the product more than 3 weeks after I ordered a 2 day delivery as well. Zero help in fixing the issue. Took my money and did nothing right. Do not recommend. Made a new order with a new company the same day.

PRINTED INCORRECTLY AND UNRESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I uploaded a design for a folded business card and when received they printed it incorrectly. I was told their “ system” determined the back (that I designed) should be the front so changed my design when printing. They did this without notifying me about the change which was incorrect! They said they needed me to send them a photo of what I received , which I did and since that time I have heard NOTHING even though i have followed up. I asked that they reprint it correctly as i designed it. My initial order was ordered in plenty of time to receive for an event I needed them for. I explained the time sensitive nature of getting these reprinted but no response to date. The cards were the quality I needed so I have no complaint on that. BUT the fact that their “system” CHANGED MY DESIGN and did so WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and that they have not responded about a reprint in a timely manner is inexcusable. Thus the 1 star review. I would give zero if I could.

Superb Experience!

Our designer made a mistake on the bleed and your graphic designer fixed it without any fuss and within an hour or so. The order arrived very quickly, actually BEFORE the anticipated date.
