Extremely disappointed with the products received.
ONLY 70% OF SURFACE AREA WAS printed ON 5 MUGS. .
It looks very very terrible.
Thanks for such pathetic products made for the client who asked you to take care of this as it's a special occasion and you simply made it worse.
Even the preview of the mug was not shared when it was requested just after the order .😠 This website should be banned

Printvenue is company which cannot be trusted.Literally a cheating company.I had placed orders for 2 products on the 23Rd of Jan 2022 with an agreement to deliver the products within 5 working days. But the product was delivered after 10 days and that too only one product.The second product was cancelled by them as the due to non availability of product.And confirmed to refund the amount of cancelled product within 7 days.We are still following up for the refund even after 3 months.They hang up the calls moment the order no. Is given for checking the status of refund.Be vigilant dealing with them please 🙏

This is not the first time I have been their customer from last 5 years ordered more than 10-15 custom prints but there is no support from PrintVenue, Your call gets disconnected in case if they don't have an answer and on email, you'll never get any reply from them. Printvenue brand can be easily taken down if any new startup provides the best support and improve a bit of quality people are ready to bit extra for better quality and service.

This is the worst possible company you can do business with. Do NOT do *ANY* business with these people at any cost. This company should shut down at the soonest. I requested customer support from them in June 2021, and while an automatic "ticket" was created, nothing has happened. Today, I called their customer support number and the person at the other end very rudely told me that I was most welcome to take my business elsewhere. As you can see from the other reviews they have received, they are just a terrible business and should shut down at the earliest. I hope people read reviews before giving them any business.

this is a fraud company pls dont purchase frome i have experice a t shirt they dont even call and follo as pls dont purchase any thind from here trust me guys............. they dont even talk with customer.

I wish I read their reviews before placing orders.
Tried to Order a set of business cards, the system indicated that the transaction did not go through.
However, I I have been charged via my credit card on the amount.

Then they had the odacity to send me multiple reminder emails that I have left something in the card and ask me to make payment to complete the transaction, what? Trying to scam me the second time?

I ordered from Singapore with their domain name registered as printvenue.Sg, and yet they are rejecting orders from a valid zip code. Worse of all, they also quoted the wrong currency (Indian Rupees) at a Singapore domain.

Realising the fraud, I had to contact my credit card company to cancel my card, that leads to multiple issues, example rearranging my autopay, and other standing payment instructions, mobile wallet etc.

This company should be banned and owner arrested. Wonder where the cyber police is?

Thus is just another famous Indian scammer.

Ordered from them last year.
Went silent for months.
Got chargeback refund from my bank, so I am grateful to MY BANK!

Please do not order from this company. I am not speaking out of disgruntlement - but from experience.

Printvenue is a fraud company, I tried three times ordering mousepad, every single time after the payment it became error. I wrote to them, no reply. The order never went thru but the amount already deducted from my card! Stay away from them.

My card was charged $89 and but my order status showed cancelled.
I email a few times, no reply.
I don't have phone number to call.
This is fraud company.

Honestly it’s not even worth one star. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM PRINTVENUE. They are a fraud/scam company. I paid more than $30 for a customized pen In july 2020 and till oct 2020 i receive nothing but amount deducted from my card. Please note Printvenue is scamming people.

On 15th Sept i made payment of 2900 rs to Printvenue and they cancelled my order. I contacted them several times through phone and email, but they didn't replied. I literally begged for getting my money back but they never listened.

I wanted to order gifts from Printvenue, but my 2900 Rs are stuck and
I don't want to debit my card again and get more money stuck to

But they looted my money and never tried to resolved my tickets.

I had very worst experience when it comes to Printvenue, My order has not delivered even after one year still.
Whenever i call to customer care they will give lame excuses and disconnect the call,
I have placed order for 5 customized T shirts on Nov 2019 and they delivered after 3 weeks with mistakes on the wordings and Then i requested them to pickup and do the corrections for the same, But even after 2 months they didnt pick up and finally i only sent to their address and it never came back and No answer to mails yet.
So in conclusion the Printvenue ate my money.

I order a product form printvenue.I paid for it,got a confirmation from my bank and printvenue.But i don't know what happened next. I didn't received my package. I tried to call .. no answer.
I sent 5 emails no reply..Why you guys open business if you can't provide good service.Very disappointed.

One of the most horrible experiences I have witnessed. I ordered for something on 26th February, 2020. After the coronavirus broke out, I sent printvenue an email saying I would like to cancel the order. In reply to this, I got an email saying that my order has either been dispatched or awaiting dispatch. I replied back saying again, that I would like to cancel the order, to which I got no reply. Then suddenly, many months later, on 1st August, 2020, I get my parcel. I did not get any message from them also. Why wasnt it cancelled, and why didnt they send me any message also regarding the order. I wanted to cancel it as I did not want to receive any parcels due to the coronavirus. What kind of horrible service is this.

Please dont waste your money and time on their crap product. Recently I have ordered a Canvas product which has been delivered in wrong size with worse quality.

After many follow-ups as well in last 2 months, these jokers didn't do anything, all they say every time that this wont repeat in future. Trust me we have many good sites where you can look forward instead of investing your hard-earned money and time

Quality has gone down considerably due to the cash crunch they are facing. I used to get really good quality T-shirts. That's no longer the case. I recently filed a dispute as well and they refused despite me producing the evidence that the two "L" size shirts, I ordered, are not even the same size!!!

I had ordered a mobile skin from printvenue and it reached me in utter damaged condition which obviously i wouldn't have been able to use. On nearly 2 weeks of back and forth and follow ups, they say they can arrange a replacement which I refused since i didn't trust their services anymore. When the order was placed, they charged an extra Rs.75 for delivery and failed to deliver it in good condition.
I asked them to refund my money but they said that's not their company policy and they dont refund money. On asking to speak to someone senior, they would say no one is available.
After sending numerous amounts of emails and multiple calls - they only offered a new replacement product which in fact was never sent to me.
Nearly 3 weeks now since I have complained and no action taken from their end. So incompetent and horrible when it comes to providing good services.
The team is incompetent and has failed to reply to all my emails - something as little as this cannot be solved in time. Over that, they also have the audacity to tell me that the product isn't that damaged and can be used irrespective.

Don't trust this site.. Don't order from it. I placed order for a pen and made online payment through paytm. Estimated time of delivery lapsed. I didn't get my product

Very worst service .I requested for 16gb HP pendrive but after 3 days they called me saying 8 GB is available and if I need it urgently they ll do it for 8gb but as I was gifting it I thought I ll better wait. But the next day they say it's not able to get of HP and some other brand recommended.. As I wasn't convinced I told them to cancel my order and refund the money. They said they ll refund in the PRINTVENUE wallet.. Really disgusting.. Do they think I ll ever order any product in future after this experience?
I ve asked to refund it to my bank account.

Dont waste your money...
Printvenue will never ship your product. they'll make you prepay..
i made an order on 15th December, it been a month, My product is not yet dispatched.
