Stay absolutely clear!
2 stars for product quality. The rest of the experience is shadowed by their billing partner RatePay, who really messed up the entire affair. For business customers, I'd recommend going elsewhere!
UPDATE: Removed a star, due to their dismissal of our claim related to handing our bills to RatePay. The case escalated, and PrintWorld didn't even reply to our last correspondence... Total experience*: Stay away!
