The packaging lacks protective cushion and customer service lacks empathy to retain customers by meeting our needs. I've intended to purchase in two occasions a bike and customer service always does something to lower my enthusiasm. To conclude, I bought a bike from another competitor and will mention to my friends to never buy from Priority.

Always enjoy talking to a human every time I call. Priority staff patiently entertained my pre-sale questions which in turn led to purchasing a Bruzer. Always enjoy talking with staff. They are knowledgeable and have quick answers. On top of that.. the bike is super high quality. Great experience.

The bicycle is high quality and easy to assemble. The youtube videos were well done. I love how it was ready for everyday commuting with the rack, lights, and fenders. The controls are ready to use and I really like the customizations for the smart shift system. Awesome!

I am very happy with Priority bikes. I like the belt drives and internal gears of the hubs and Pinion gear box much better than my other bikes with standard derailers.
Also I have contacted Priority several times with questions and to order parts or accessories and they always are very helpful. I just like these guys and their bikes.

Customer service was great, specifically my interaction with Christian. I am very happy with the Coast single-speed (beach cruiser) and like the idea of the Gates belt instead of a standard chain, which is the main reason I focused on Priority.

I HAVE RACED, TOURED COMMUTED AND HAVE SIMPLY LOVE BIKES SINCE 1972. I AM CAR FREE NOW SINCE 2020. THE PRIORITY BRILLIANT L-TRAIN IS CERTAINLY ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BIKE I HAVE EVER OWNED. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT I LIKE TO TINKER, AND THESE PRIORITY BIKES DO NOT NEED MUCH TINKERING.
THE BRILLIANT L-TRAIN IS MY THIRD BIKE PROM PRIORITY. I HAD ONE ISSUE WITH A SINGLE WOBBLY TIREOVER ALL THOSE YEARS, THEY SENT ME TWO NEW TIRES WITHOUT A DELAY, AND IT WAS AN UPGRADE!
THIS COMPANY WILL BE AROUND FOR A LONG TIME TO COME.
A BIKE IS NO BETTER THAN THE PEOPLE YOU BUY IT FROM, THESE BIKES ARE THE BEST IN THE WORLD.

I recently purchased 2 bicycles from Priority. From the basic questions answered promptly via email and phone call, to the quick shipping time and quality packaging, to the quality of the bike's themselves, the whole process was very well coordinated. And the instructional videos were spot on. I am very pleased with Priority bikes!

Two things really set this company apart:
1) The super helpful and responsive team; anyone who has suffered through the AI agents deployed by banks, telecom companies etc will love dealing with the real committed experts at Priority.
2) The focus on cutting edge gearing and drive technologies. This obviously gives them some significant purchasing power as they are selling, for example, full Pinion bikes for little more than it would cost you to buy just the gearbox directly.

If you are interested in a modern enclosed gear bike that will last indefinitely this is the place to go.

I love my Priority bike, Turi model. The quality and the ease of use is excellent. The bike arrived mostly assembled in perfect condition. I followed the videos to assemble the rest of it, which were very easy to understand. I did take it to my local REI to make sure I got everything together safely. I’ve reached out to Priority Bikes several times via email, text and by phone. I got fast and helpful responses. I’m not an experienced biker, so I was nervous buying a bike this way. It’s worked out very well, and would recommend it to others. I also purchased many of their bike accessories and am happy with the quality. The gearing on the bike is smooth and carefree and is one of its best features. All in all, I have no regrets and will continue to do business with Priority Bikes in the future.

Sales experience was great with quick responses and meaningful info sharing. We have always used their bikes and they hold up well on the beach and with heavy guest usage.

Just a great bike

Just bought my 2nd Priority Skyline and it's perfect! My wife and I can now enjoy long rides together. The bike was shipped quickly and was put together by my local bike shop with no problems. Thank you!

Quality build, easy to navigate website with a ton of information to help make a decision on what bike it right for you. Shipped securely and packed well for easy out of the box set up. The eight is a great hybrid bike that can easily be made into your every day commuter. The gear range of the alfine 8 with Gates 150t x 22t is great for speed, but requires a lot of effort to push up climbs.

Great group at Priority.
The bike is bulletproof.
