Not happy
Tried Prism for 7 days to create content for my Instagram brand. The interface is clean and the features are genuinely interesting — brand setup, carousels, captions. But honestly? The designs felt a bit generic and getting the settings right took way too long each time, really a lot to set up. Not quite what I was hoping for visually, and it was too 'AI' for me.
But the real issue was the billing. The trial says "no charge until day 8" — what they don’t tell you is that’s calculated to the exact hour you signed up, not the calendar day. I cancelled on day 7 and still got charged €238.
I asked questions about pricing throughout my trial via Instagram. Only automated replies. No real human response.
When I disputed the charge, support just kept quoting Stripe’s policies. No empathy, no flexibility, nothing.
The product has potential. The billing practice and customer support do not. If you try it: set an alarm for the exact time you signed up.
