I had such a great experience with this company. Arrived on time, advised our neighbours on the work that they were going to perform and delivered a first class service with cleaning our roof. Most impressed with the team and their professionalism. They left my property as if they had not been there, except you can see a very clean roof and guttering. The house now stands out in our close. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Not impressed at all with the service. The two that came round did absolutely nothing apart from run some water over my windows and doors. Still just as dirty when they had finished .

Would use them again

Pristine fell far short of what they promised. I expected something thorough and professional for the price but I was disappointed. On the first clean a number of areas were left dirty. I sent photos of the dirt. I got an apology and an explanation that “this can happen”. Cleaners were sent back again. The house still isn’t properly cleaned. I won’t be using Pristine again.

Magnificent Job done yet again by Pristine Home. They are the secret to my home shining. Such trustworthy hardworking staff. Sincere, thorough and so professional. 5 stars every time. I have the Spring Clean once a year and it is the best service you could imagine. Thank you Pristine Home.

Pristine Home did not deliver on the promises it makes on its website and to me in person. The company charges well above the average - 120 euro for two hours - but they promise an exceptionally high standard. Each time they came I had to follow up with complaints about basics not completed - floors not washed, carpets not vacuumed, surfaces not cleaned, bed linen not changed, washing up left in the sink - the list goes on and on. Each time I complained they sent people out again but it became very troublesome as I had to monitor the work constantly and fight each month to get the service I paid for. I gave them three months to get their act together and eventually had to quit in frustration. On their website they have a long list of services they provide as part of a house clean - I don't believe it's possible to deliver what they promise in two hours, even with two people. A lot of wasted time and money.
