To meet industry requirements they claim to accept free entries by post, but despite sending in 100s, not a single one of mine or those of friends and family has ever appeared on their entry lists and no response when tried to email them about it.

I’m fairly certain this is against GDPR laws. Now endlessly bombarded by emails with no way of stopping. Got to the point after months and months I’m now writing this for them to take action on this.

They don't add postal entries
I've literally sent hundreds of postal entries over the years and they just don't add them. Absolute criminals - illegal lottery.
Reply: I don't feel the postal entries are not being added, I know. I've sent a number for the recurring weekly competitions, none have been added. Even if these were delayed they should be entered for the following week's same competition. You have asked for the answer to a question in the Ts & Cs. Not many people know that this is only found when checking out as if paying for an entry. If this is a true requirement, you are going against the Gambling Commission's guidelines and deliberately making it difficult for people to meet this requirement. Even with me knowing this and including the answer, I still haven't had a single postal entry added in the last year.

SCAM warning for postal entries!

They, along with all these prize sites, claim you can enter for free by post. Being short of funds but dreaming of a camper or other item I could never afford, I decided to give it a go. Having entered literally hundreds of times over the past couple of years, statistics would suggest I should have had at least a small win, especially when entering the low odds competitions. So I decided to track which I had entered, only to find that NONE of my postal entries appear on the draw entry lists! I checked back over quite a number over time, and I have not found a single entry from my postal entries but all my paid entries do show up so the search for names is working fine.
Yes I'm using the correct and legal UK stamps, the address and details requested are all correct, so you are telling me that having sent well over 300 postcards, none have made it to you but all my paid entries show up present and correct?! I find this very hard to believe and am really disappointed as I had thought you were all above board and honest and that I stood a small chance of winning something I could never afford in life (hence postal and not paid entries) only to find that I've not been entered for all the things I thought I had been, and all that money and hope has been wasted?!
Avoid these people unless you've got the cash upfront to burn on paid entries, time they were investigated by the relevant body with regards to the 'free postal entries' claim maybe?!
