Straightforward and respectful
I was greeted by a very welcoming receptionist and seen on time. The gentleman who conducted the test was reassuring and explained the procedure to me. He treated me with dignity and respect and even wheeled my suitcase to the door for me when I was leaving. I received the result of my test in 15 minutes. A simple, timely and straightforward procedure
