PrivateFly and Leona Lane, its representative, were invaluable in getting us home after a medical emergency had led to my husband being hospitalized on the second day of our drive home from California to Ontario, Canada. Leona rode with and dealt every challenge, I presented with grace and kindness as I dithered over what to do. She even ensured we had ground transport once home (I had been wrongly advised by a local taxi company). The pilots were polite, helpful and efficient.

PrivateFly was recommended to us by Royal Bank of Scotland Concierge Services. PrivateFly exceeded our expectations in organising a fault-free flight at short notice from Malaga to Edinburgh, and at a very competitive price. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We thought the flights were fabulous! Everyone organising the flights was extremely professional and organised all our paperwork for us so well, that in the end we didn't ever need to present anything ourselves.
Our pilots were excellent and very charming. We had amazing catering, and two very smooth and beautiful flights.
The ground staff Yolanda was completely lovely and Anna helped me enormously getting the paper work done to perfection.

...But in this instance, I felt I must give the feedback they deserved. My eighty year-old mum recently got stranded in Spain during the global lockdown, and after investigating all repatriation options, someone suggested a private jet. I made online enquiries with three companies that popped up and Clara from PrivateFly called immediately and after taking my brief, she replied via email within an hour with three options for me (the other two companies have yet to respond to my enquiry!).

They were all good suggestions and beautifully tailored to my needs and after selecting the middle option, I couldn’t believe how quickly and efficiently the rest of the process passed. It seemed like after a couple of admin emails, everything was sorted and my Mum arrived at the destination on time, and I was even allowed to drive up to the jet, to collect her and her luggage from the plane.
Easyjet Will never be the same after my experience with PrivateFly and Chloe and Clara!

Amazing experience all round and Extremely professional!

We needed urgent support to get us (wife, baby, 2,5 year old son and myself) from Miami to Mexico during the Corona crises and also some support with a later flight to Europe.

I can only say that from end to end, everything was an outstanding and I would only book through PrivateFly specifically Mandi Vickers again. We had many short-term change requests, Mandy was always available and actually solved all our needs immediately. The plane and crew were great and even after the flight Mandy was very concerned if the "last mile" of our trip went on safe.

I am very satisfied with the services of Privatefly. The permanent availability of Alexandre, Freddie and other members throughout the whole process was exceptional. I had family emergencies and needed to be in France immediately, and it was just not easy in the current context of the lockdown and COVID 19 . Alexandre clearly negotiated with his colleagues so that the airport in Toulouse allowed me to land, while the whole territory was locked down. I am very grateful to PrivateFly. The flight attendant Melanie, and all the other staff at the airport’s lounge were very service oriented, very helpful and kind. I can only recommend to fly with PrivateFly and again, thank you to all.

Me and my partner have used PrivateFly last Saturday to fly from Eindhoven to Lisbon and we could not have asked for a better experience. The whole service was excellent, from a great communication and availability to a safe and comfortable flight.

This charter experience was nothing short of perfect! From the magnificent and brand new Legacy 450 Aircraft (my teenager now expects this all of the time - LOL), to the friendly and highly professional pilots, to the seamless departure and arrival, this was a complete pleasure. I had just come out of quarantine in Miami and needed to get home to Cincinnati. I was to weak to drive, did not want to fly commercially, leaving my best option to fly home privately. Jim was incredible to work with. Within the time frame of a day, he not only found me a plane but also hired a car to pick me up. Perfect experience! Jim made the whole trip effortless for me. The plane was beautiful and spotless, easing my worries about flying during the pandemic.

chris Goodman is the MAN. Would be more than stalwart if he worked for me. Never let us down.....answered all my calls promptly. Have already given his name to others.
Took an interest in two 84 year people beyond belief. Should increase his position and salary. He alone got us out of Florida with a minimum of red tape. We have a new friend. Phil and Joanne.

This was a charter from Freeport, Grand Bahama, to Gibraltar via Miami for two adults and a dog.
Organising this was a logistical nightmare for Philip Lodge, Private Fly's US Senior Flight Advisor, as coronavirus travel restrictions became more and more stringent almost by the day in the lead up to the trip. The bottom line was that everything went brilliantly, the aircraft involved were great, the flight crews outstanding (they were caring dog lovers too and that made the trip less stressful for us all), and all arrangements went like clockwork.
We cannot praise Philip enough for a tough job briliantly executed in the most trying of circumstances. Always positive and friendly, creative in facing every fresh problem, and unflappable. What more could you want? The whole experience was nothing short of outstanding. Thank you.

I do not have words for the comfort I feel now. I was daunted by the task of flying my parents home from Florida until I heard your voice during our first phone call and began to experience the warm professionalism that is so prevalent throughout all at ParivateFly. From my initial quick inquiry to the moment my parents arrived you answered every question and solved all problems to find and execute the most efficient flight. I am relieved that they are safe and also that they enjoyed the trip and were comforted by the plane and the amazing crew.
