Horrible company

Horrible company! I have called to their SERVICE DESK to things multiple things in the house that are broken and got zero help just told to send pictures but not telling me what pictures to send. It also takes them months to send anyone to fix things... (door of the building was broken for two months, now light in the rubbish room and bike room is broken, basically something is always broken) Nalini or whatever her name is, was super rude, unprofessional and point-blank mean. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

RUN!

Incompetent low skilled unprofessional people! Contracting another low skilled companies for repairs. If I could do no star, I would. 2 months after signing rental lease, there are still unfinished repairs. No reaction on emails, told me property is habitable even when uncover wiring is hanging out of wall. 5cm of dust inside un-functional ventilation at hygiene facilities, not insulated windows, totally destroyed mail box, garbage in the storage area... this was rented as "after construction" property. I never saw more disgusting ghetto place, where the repairs are not done after 2 months and still, charge for rent. Low IQ and skilled company, really surprised the landlords are hiring this place as property management. I will pay them ZERO for the UNPROFESSIONAL service they "provide" RUN when you see this name. Best of luck

Happy to rent here

We have been renting at PMRD in Amsterdam for 2.5 years now, and everything has been just fine. The Amsterdam landlord scene is not known to be fair, but PRMD always responds quick and sends the right people if needed. They are transparant and fair when it comes to what you have to pay as a renter. They stick to the government norms/rules, which makes it clear. They increase their prices quite a lot every year, but I think that more of a 'Dutch housing market' issue than a PRMD issue.

A shameful property manager

A shameful property manager. They buy time with useless temporary fixes, with awful, incompetent and rude contractors. I have been dealing with leakages for almost 3 years now, one was fixed a month ago and the other got even worse. Never ever ever ever rent from them unless you are ready to take legal actions. Strongly advise to get in touch with huurcommissie and the housing department of the municipality to understand your rights and options and have an official report to then bring in front of a judge.

Don’t rent from them

Basically had the agreement for the contract and during the planning for the final signing I was kicked out of the apartment on a purely arbitrary feeing that they don’t like the way I Talk. Very unprofessional process at the company, pressuring possible tenants into appointments they didn’t agree to and expecting money for rent and deposit to be payed before the change to ask questions on the contract. All in all they are taking absolute advantage of the desperate situation on the market and their Position of Power. 0/10, can not recommend dealing with them

Be prepared to engage a lawyer when dealing with these people

They, or the landlord they represent, refurbished the other apartments in this block and did not install sufficient soundproofing (a former tenant told us it was not even legal). Life here now is horrible.

8 weeks ago I wrote to them. They replied to say there is nothing they will do. 7 weeks ago I asked for a building certificate to prove the work had been carried out legally. 6 weeks ago they promised to send the certificate within 4 weeks. It has still not arrived. They have ignored my e-mails since then.

We have been tenants here for 10 years and are treated appallingly. Their interest seems only to be raking in the commission from new tenants and not in looking after the existing ones.

We were transferred to this company after many years of tenancy. We would never have rented from a 'Property Management Company' whose own website makes it quite clear that they are NOT there for the benefit of tenants. They are clearly working only for landlords when they say "We tailor our services to your demand for the optimal return on your property..."
