I didn't get my package and i didn't get a refund. ( i payed 135,79 !!! )
their answer: We cannot refund orders when customs fees are refused to be paid
I have not received a letter or email stating that I have to pay extra. When I ask them a few times how my order is going, they say that it is on its way back to them because I refused to pay.

but when I check the track and trace now, it has simply been sent to someone else.

I was not happy with the Tongkat Ali product which I ordered 3 bottles of. It had no effect on me at all, it was their own brand product.

I emailed to start the return process of the two unopened bottles 6 days ago and have heard nothing back.

I'm really disappointed with this customer service.

I bought some mk677 recentley, the delivery was on time so no fault at that however I'm not feeling the effects that I had felt when I had bought it a couple years back, not feeling the hunger effect and not getting better sleep

Interesting that I submitted a low score product rating on two products but these are not showing against the products on the website whereas there are positive reviews that have been posted more recently than my reviews. I’m happy to try new products from different companies but this would put bme off buying a different product from them if they are not posting negative product reviews.
