Shameful

Proactive Inventories claim: "Professionally prepared reports offer no avenues for discrepancies that cost time, money and emotion for both landlord and tenant." Nothing could be further from the truth. They are utterly incompetent, unprofessional and aggressive in their communications. They make mistakes and refuse to apologise, never mind trying to put it right. They take payment upfront which tells you what kind of company they are. Disgraceful people. Not sure the Harry Potter pics on FB are doing them any favours either!
