SCAM!!!!!!!
SCAM!!!!!!!! They will not refund your shipping on ANY item. I lost $208 to these unethical bottom feeders. Sold me an item that was unsatisfactory and unsafe. They would t refund my shipping and took the cost out of their original shipping charge and deducted it from my refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE scammers!

Now I buy all my kit here
I've bought a few things from pro bike kit so far and everything has been delivered on time and worked/fit perfectly. Prices have been great, much better than my local store and that's after delivery. Just make sure you look into the size chart and take your measurements because I've noticed compared to Canadian sizing it's 1 size bigger. (M in Canada but L from pro bike kit.)

Add a link for tracking asap
Well you’ve sent a follow up email right away essentially asking for a great review. Not humble at all, but more entitled. It’s Thursday now and the order placed Tuesday hasn’t shipped. I don’t think. There is no link on the order email to track the shipment- which is MUCH more important than sending another email begging for kudos.
I’ll buy these items again if they fit.

Your shipping cost to Canada has significantly increased. And 2 weeks for normal shipping!?! As you can see I am a long term customer of yours, you used to offer free shipping over a certain amount. Looks like it is no longer the case. Disappointing.
