This is an edited review. The reason I choose to edit my review, which was already 5 stars, is that if there was an option to rate at 10 stars, I'd definitely do it! beyond the fact that ordering process is very easy, the speed at which the order was dispatched from the UK and arrived in Israel is unparalleled!!! 3 working days passed from my order placing until it was cleared by local Customs in Israel. This is something the team at PBK should indeed be very proud of! International shipping is practically free. Reaction time is lightning quick, and updates on order's progress were sent throughout. That's a guarantee for a satisfied customer! I have not tried the item yet, and had to incur high local taxes e.g. VAT and other fees, but that has nothing to do with PBK. Excellent experience! Will buy again!!! Thanks and keep up the great job!

What a disaster
What a disaster! Ordered two bike cases. Received a message that they shipped with an expected delivery date. They actually never shipped and the delivery date disappeared. I contacted them and they said they could reimburse me… that took over a month and my credit card company contacting them. I did finally get reimbursed but I would have preferred to actually receive the bike cases

I expected $69.26 to be paid by my credit card.
But final amount $79.46 was paid. What's happening?

ProBikeKit in USA Don't buy read below
Where do I begin. Incompetance is my first thought. I used PayPal to purchase an item. I put my name and address and paid. My next communication back was that they were going to send this item Not to my address. I communicated that with them that they were going to send it to the bad address and to cancel my order. I sent another communication and then they said that I not only could not cancel the order, but that under their terms and conditions that it was my responsibility to contact a fictional address and work it out. Communication was downright the worst experience EVER. They are a UK business, not a USA business. This was not known to me that I was ordering from a foreign company or where the shipping was orginating from. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
