Attention, Customer Service DOWN.

No after sale response whatsoever. Still waiting on an estimation or even confirmation for my items, wich add to a very big sum of money. Bad service and customer support. Seems that I am not the only one, wich means that something happend in the last couple days that made the site collapse...Heads Up, I would NOT use the site at all at the moment.

Package on schedule, but open and missing two products.
I received the package on schedule, however, the box was partial open and there were missing two products that I bought. This two products had inferior value, so I accepted the deliver.
