Bike glasses not as described, review not published
I ordered helmet and bike glasses, in the description the glasses were described as photocromatic but when they arrived it was clear they were not, while I was satisfied by the helmet. I decided to keep the glasses anyway and I think they are fine, they are just not what they were supposed to be. Moreover I was asked by probikeshop to review the product but my review was not published, too bad!!!!!

I received the purchased item promptly and correctly. However I needed and advice about its proper assemby and therefore wrote to customer service about 10 days ago, but so far received no answer despite having expedited it.
The ticket number received on the expediting request is 01829806.
