Probikeshop is a trustworthy retailer and its support team acts very professionally with prompt and assertive replies, showing a tremendous focus on customer satisfaction.
In my latest buy, (2nd bike kit + cadence sensor for Sigma 23.16 device) the delivery was done in due time but the cadence magnet was missing.
Although this fault could be partially addressed to a misunderstanding on my side, they’ve assumed the mistake on their own and immediately sent me the missing magnet by Seur, free of charges.
No wonder why Probikeshop is a successeful company
