Great cleaner (3rd party) but Procare are dreadful

The cleaner was fantastic. When we stated that we no longer needed a cleaner, we were faced with several emails trying to con us into a TUPE agreement.

After discussing with our Lawyers and ultimately the cleaner we established that this was not the case.

On terminating we also found out that the whole contract was subcontracted to a 3rd party and they didn't even know the contract had been cancelled.

Dreadful service from Procare and I wouldn't ever recommend or use them again

Friendly and quick - a great cleaning service

I used ProCare to arrange cleaning for my commercial offices in north London, before moving out to new premises. Just a one off, but we'd been in there a few years so it really needed it. They were super polite and set up the clean really quickly. Spotless afterwards. Very pleased.
