STAY AWAY! This company's charcoal powder PERMINANTELY damaged my teeth. I'm now having to fork out THOUSANDS myself to fix the problem. The company are oblivious to the risks of the powder and the staining it can cause. No warning published, as they are legally obligated to do. They didn't investigate the batch, pull the products or do anything. So shady. Do your future self a favour and AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Took my money for a subscription they no longer stock but refuse to answer emails and after 14 days there is no sign of a refund. Refund was issued after 4th email

Awesome customer service

I love Procoal products and have often bought from Amazon but am now trying to avoid all things American, so went to them direct. The post office messed up and returned the package to sender. I called to explain and the lady (sorry, didn’t catch her name) couldn’t have been more helpful and lovely. They immediately re sent the item along with free gifts and all arrived within 24 hours of making the call. The products are lovely and I’m very happy. Would recommend going direct as they’re fantastic to deal with 😊

Terrible customer service. I ordered, paid extra for faster shipping (2 days), a week later and the order isn’t even dispatched.

I email and contact them several times to cancel or change address, as paid extra as was only at the address a few days, all ignored.

Terrible look, had time to send me pointless marketing emails but not the time to respond to a loyal customer, shows where there priorities are and I would avoid at all costs after this experience.

Procoal deodorant has always worked well for me. it was a good health choice along with a glass jar that made it ideal

I generally have been buying their charcoal deodorant off Amazon which I find really effective. This time I thought I'd buy a bundle of 6 directly from Procoal and couldn't have been happier. Got it cheaper and delivered next day, well packaged and very satisfied. Thanks procoal for an amazing shopping experience!

Teeth whitening powder went from £8 to £24. Ridiculously expensive. So many better and less expensive brands on Amazon

I contacted Procoal to see if I could receive a sample of their moisturiser to try before I buy. My face is super sensitive, I have wasted so much money trying different creams. Alice got in touch with me, I can't praise Alice enough for her customer service. Absolutely fabulous, highly recommend this company. I am currently using the Salicylic soap it really has improved my skin. My sample arrived the next day, can't wait to try it.

Great products (I give 4.5 stars). Dreadful (well non-existent) customer service (zero stars). Really shoddy standard of packing so products are arriving damaged for many orders (1 star). Overall 2 stars. What a shame as they have a great product, but staff clearly don't care about their customers.

Placed order over £30 supposed to be free delivery over £30 I got charged £1.99. Emailed twice no reply what so ever.

I placed the order and paid on January 2, 2023. No response to several emails. Obviously I can only dream of a refund because they are not responding.

Placed an order over a week ago however I was unable to track it using the tracking number provided. Called their customer service who verified the package couldn’t be tracked. The agent I spoke to confirmed they didn’t know where the package could be, so they kindly offered to send a new order. My new order was received two days later. Excellent customer service and quick resolution!
When it comes to the products, I discovered the Salicylic Egg years ago and I have not used anything else in my face since then. Exactly what I needed. Hair products I’ve tried some that were not so good for my hair, but the Marine Algae shampoo egg lives my scalp clean and my hair shiny.
Procoal also packs your order in a cardboard box and some tissue paper, so no unnecessary plastic used and super easy to recycle.
Couldn’t ask for better products or a better service, a total 5 star experience

Really happy with the products I’ve ordered - ordered several on different shops that stock them - intensive skin defence and foot peel are just brilliant-I buy over and over again.

I have just tried the glow collection for the first time, and I'm really pleased with all of the components. My face feels a little tingle but very clean and soft not tight and uncomfortable. Very pleased with the price too. 5* rating from myself

This company claims it is easy to contact them but they do not answer their emails, their web enquiries or their phone. I have an order that appears to have gone astray and no way of getting assistance from them. Please beware of this.

I am so impressed with the products so far and the quality is very evident. I use the marine face moisturiser which feels amazing on my skin as well as a serum. I also use the Moroccan shampoo egg which smells divine and leaves my hair soft and now I don’t even need conditioner. The glycolic rose egg also leaves my face squeaky clean but does not dry it out at all. I am hooked on these products
