The quality of the costume is great however their customer service is not. They emailed to confirm payment which I was dumb and used a credit card vs PayPal because it wasn’t working when I initially bought my Yae Miko cosplay in a Large which turned out to be too small. Requested a return from all their available emails and was told I would get a response within 48-72 hrs but it’s been two days already and I haven’t heard any updates about my return request. So I look up reviews and see that I’m not the only one left in the dust. Next time I will do my due diligence and research more. Feel like I made my bf waste almost $200 and it’s awful. I requested account deletion and revoked access via Google sign in so hopefully that goes through. In conclusion: Avoid this site unless you wanna have too small of a costume, ridiculous shipping fees, and return requests ignored!

I ordered a wolverine costume from the new DP movie. The costume looked amazing at first. When I tried it on, some of the cheaply sewn seams started to snap. I got the correct size, the body suit fit well and so did the vest. However, the gauntlets and knee pads were huge! They didn’t seem to match the size of the costume I bought. Further more, the gloves had visible sewing mistakes and just seem like very poor quality material. I reached out to customer service and haven’t heard from them in over a week. Unless you don’t mind working on or fixing your costume, I say stay away from ProCosplay. Definitely not worth the price!

I ordered the Kylo Ren cosplay. The package arrived 5 days after ordering (including the weekend). Even a day earlier than FedEx said. The quality is top notch. I am more than satisfied.

Horrible Quality of Product
Purchased the Kitana costume for my daughter, the quailty of the material is cheap and poorly constructed. My daughter wore the costume one time and it was falling apart. I had to sew and glue pieces back together. The sizes of the pieces were not consistant and some horribly cut.

Super great suits and very low price , with thise price you buy only the musk in other site . I take deadpool costume .

Wonderful customer service! Hopefully plan to work more with them in the future! I had their Deadpool 3 V2 and Batman (2022) costumes and they’re great!

Just a word of caution to anyone looking to procosplay... inspite of clear advertising of suits that CAN be custom tailored to measurements thus is not always the case! after making sure twice they could & contacting with measurements I was infact informed AFTER they had payment that they could NOT make a custom fit for the female version of deadpool 👇👇🔺️

Thus is not acceptable and when I went to get an explanation I had to infact go through their Discord channel to get an answer & be shown an email that never arrive to me stating it was cancelled without giving a full explanation or genuine enough apology.. my measurements were in-between standard sizes of 2 areas!!

IF you cannot offer tailor service as stated & tell a customer as such don't advertise it 👇👇👇👇

Purchased the Michael Keaton Batman costume, no issues at all, fits like a glove. Only concern, it is the smell. No clue why. Other than that, arrived relatively quick.

Good customer service that helped fix an error and an exchange. I ordered a costume from them that did not fit well when it arrived but it was well made. One prop was warped and unusable. I worked with them almost daily to resolve the issue and get a new costume that fit me properly. The fit issue was my problem, not theirs as a result of my personal measurements. They got me the new costume and a working prop and stayed well in touch the entire time. I would work with them again.

I have been fighting with them for over a month now on returning a suit that was way too short to fit, even though I was at the short end of the range it says it fits. I ordered the Adam Warlock suit for a con, 5 weeks in advance but the Large body suit was too short ( I'm 5'10") despite it saying it fits 5'10" -6'. The chest piece was also way too large around. When asking for an exchange, they said I would have to cover the $120 shipping back to them, despite the site saying the customer only covers shipping if the customer makes a mistake in the order. They've asked for pictures of measurements 6 times and I resend them every time, each time asking something new to be taken. Their answer is that sis for a range of bills and the size chart is a general reference, so they shouldn't have to cover shipping back, despite all my measurements being within their posted range for the large size.
On the plus side, build quality was good. I'm now being forced to pay a total of nearly $200 shipping combined both ways, to get a $250 refund.

Bought their most expensive Homelander cosplay, which is pretty nice looking. And that's basically the only good thing about it.
I wore it once, for a duration of roughly 8 hours and for some reason, while doing nothing but walking and posing a little, it has already shown tearing and the seaming in the back has a hole. One of the shoulders parts also came off. I had to reattach it myself. It seems durable at first, but let met tell you, I was flabbergasted at how easily it started to disintegrate.

I know about their refund policy and I didn't expect them to take it back, nor a full refund, but a partial refund, given it's low quality, is pretty reasonable. I stated as much and what I received was another disappointment. Namely, terrible reading comprehension. The response I got:

"I've checked with the tailor, the costume was in good condition before sending out. The seam was sewn by machine, if the machine ran out of bobbin thread, the stitching will stop and the machine will be forced to stop as well. The tailor will notice it before continue the rest of the stitching. We don't accept return and refund since your order has been signed for more than seven days and it's damaged."

Nowhere did I state that the cosplay was in a terrible condition when I received it. My complaint was about the the poor quality, given that it didn't even last a day before starting to fall apart, for such exorbitant prices.

If you want a good value for your money, steer clear of that site!

I ordered the Anaking Skywalker costume, separate boots, Padme costume for my wife at a total of $600 AUD or there about. The very FIRST time I wore them, the glove thumb ripped off, the belt literally fell to bits, and my wife's pants ripped at the seam. No offer to refund only to rebuy the costume at a "discounted" price, rediculous postage charges.

Throwing $600 dollars in the bin because it's so insanely poorly made.

Defintely shop elsewhere.

I bought a Deadpool suit, smells bad, bad quality, they forgot the belt, bad shooes size, and never wanted to refond me and they didnt want to give me to return the cosplay :)
