I ordered a Neopolitan outfit from RWBY from them and I'm not completely sure they know how to do a measurement chart, because the pants were a little snug and the upper body seemed too small as my a lot of my skin showed if I raised my arms. I'm giving 3 stars tho because the pants being snug could be because I gained a bit of weight since I bought the outfit and as for the upper body of clothes I learned that other guys who had this outfit would wear an undershirt as well. All In all I'd say buy from their cautiously as I don't completely think they know what they're doing.

I have asked for a refund for the past 3 days and this company thinks they are above the world and will tell you that they are working on refunding money even though clearly they don't care about their customers. I have tried to be cordial with them but they won't even answer you until you have to get angry with them. I got to the point of disputing the charge because the company is not doing what they should. My order was never fulfilled.

Honestly wished id seen these reviews sooner. Awful company costume will probably never arrive or will look terrible. I bought an expensive costume from the company including mask.

Had an email confirming they are out of mask and tried suggesting I get another mask and paying even more in which I declined and second email they had sent was the same thing as if they were forcing it upon me at that point I lost it.

One I spent a big amount considering they had no reviews and was going to review there service on YouTube an honest version. I'd understand if they was offering it as an alternative for free even which I would of kindly declined but with how he was saying it I'm paying extra for two masks to only receive one.. what business gets ran like that?

I also got ask to double check my measurements for custom fitting again and my tailor the absolute tool got most of my measurements wrong. (He's an old guy so I'll let him off) then thanked me as he double checked and said even though he hasn't made my costume it's more money on top of that..

Every turn these guys are trying to leech money off of me and probably explains the lack of views and the few cosplayers who bought from them and everything luckily went well for them and the are on Instagram there's about 2 Reviews on YouTube dating back to 2019 and nothing else to be seen anywhere..

I've been told the have reviews on Facebook which I haven't seen but apart from that nothing even on their own website. Honestly stay clear of them and report them to paypal and anything else you can think of there is genuinely no professionalism with the admin or the communication whatsoever.

Also the first positive review on here is most definitely been left by someone in association with ProCosplay as most of the people who have left a review have automatically notified the company. STAY CLEAR.

I wish I could score this less than 0. I ordered a cosplay for my daughters PROM. 3 months later, prom has come and gone, and no dress. I wrote MANY times trying to get a refund, but they flat out refused. Blamed it all on "shipping issues" but I NEVER got a notice that it had shipped.
NEVER buy from these criminals.
Why didn't I check the reviews before ordering!?!?!?

This company is fraudulent. Never received shipment. Instead received a note from post office weeks after I had been told from company I would receive my shipment saying I needed to pay shipping for them to receive my item. I had already paid for shipping at time of order. The company would not refund my money. I have no product and they kept my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Very bad customer service and I never received the item I ordered. Procosplay put all the blame on the shipping company and never refunded me for the order. I highly recommend that you do not order from this company!

worst company I have ever used. sizing chart is completely wrong, terrible customer service. sent wrong item. missed all their deadlines. missing parts. I could go on and on..

Terrible quality product and they know it. If you want a refund for poor quality, you have to take a picture within 24 hours of receiving the costume. It took them 3 weeks to send it to me & I get 24 hours to let them know they gave me a piece of crap. It’s a rip off, don’t buy from this company.

ProCosplay had a guarantee on their website that my costume would arrive in time for Halloween. When I asked them about it recently over email they couldn't even guarantee me that I'd have it by Grand Rapid Comic Con November 8-10. I will never be buying through them again - beware when ordering that they are *not* reliable and their customer service is terrible. I would love a partial refund considering they screwed me out of not only the expense of the costume, but also payment I would have received for wearing the costume. Now I will be short on rent. Terrible. Purchase your cosplays through another source!

the material was terrible sizing was all over the place the pants were way to big the shirt was small the jacket fit okay and it was 50 bucks?! definitely not worth it

Ordered a cosplay off of them in custom size paid extra only to be told the tailor can't make it custom made

Procosplay is the by far and away the best value for cosplay I have ever had. Unlike other Chinese cosplay suppliers, they costumes are a decent size. The size you measure is the size you get!
The delivery was very quick which is very appreciated when you have to order so close to a con.
The quality of the products are top notch as well.
I would recommend this site to anyone that wants a decent cosplay at a decent price!!!!
