Would give none if I could! Landline cut off for 3 weeks!! No mobile signal available. Both OAPs and had to go to vets to use their phone to tell BT (internet worked but never got their website to work!!). Said would receive compensation on next bill (never happened!). Rang and complained, said IF I renewed contract would give refund(???) What?? Said I would NOT renew contract unless they kept promise of refund - still waiting for answer! Absolutely appalling customer service. Dreadful information, equally awful pressure being applied. Will keep on fighting...
