We found Profile Homes to be exceptional, when many years ago previously seeking a property in Wales, and then more recently when selling a large and complex property through them.  You are never just 'one more customer' to them. With their genuine interest in the aims of their buyers and sellers, they are more like personal match-makers than standard estate agents.  We benefitted from their in-depth knowledge of the market, as well as their personal and proactive service, reassuringly combined with humour and great efficiency.

I enjoyed dealing with Les, as he will speak honestly with you. No faffing about, and extremely helpful throughout the complete process.
Even with the covid 19 restrictions? Les and Sarah did all they could to help get the sale through.
Some reports use the word outspoken.
All I got was honesty, no fancy make you feel good words. Just good old fashioned honesty.
Something many many agent's would appear to be unable to do.

We bought through Profile Homes over eight years ago and have just sold through them.
Having decided to down size land wise we asked Les and Susan to market our property. This is the third time they have sold it. Their descriptions and photographs are always excellent leaving potential buyers in no doubt what they are going to view. We were asked to do a viewing before our property went on line and were delighted to accept an offer on condition the property did not go one the open market.
When all seemed lost Les and Susan kept the momentum of the sale and purchase going throughout the Covid lockdown. Many other agents were furloughed and using skeleton staff, Profile Homes worked throughout and we were able to exchange and complete very efficiently considering the difficult and unique circumstances we were all experiencing. We cannot recommend Profile Homes highly enough. If you want to sell a property in Wales they are the go to agent. We have recommended friend's use Profile Homes and they have all sold quickly and completed successfully.

I have sold twice previously with Profile homes . They are amazing and can hold a deal together when all seems lost.
They are professional, proficient, accurate, polite and above all competent
I would never hesitate to use them again where ever I am in the country. It's easy to list a house on various internet platforms but to get it over the line is something else

We appointed Profile Homes to market our property. The owner was bolshy and outspoken, but we ignored our instinct to run and decided to use him! A write up for the house was produced which was strewn with errors and omitted to mention ANY key features. I suggested this was amended and even re-wrote to save any additional work. I was shut down and told ''x years in the industry, I don't wish to change the way I do things". When we saw the property listed on Rightmove, still with endless written errors, we noticed that they'd used two of the same photo next to each other! I asked if we could change this to showcase both the house and garden, a very simple request. We were then shocked to receive a letter attached to an email stating that he didn't wish to have his methodology questioned, and that he didn't want us as clients. Without so much as a phone call he delisted our property.
We now see this as a lucky escape - the man is rude, sloppy, outspoken, unprofessional and clearly has not updated his marketing methodology in years. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Caught them out 'baiting the trap' with property wanted ads on their website. I responded with a property to sell and discovered their technique appears to be hook you with the ad, then get you to sign a dodgy Sole Selling Rights Agreement........ you are then stuffed. There is no reason for this if they are genuine. As an ex estate agent myself, I challenged them on this and after a swift rebuttle proceeded to receive 'prickly' then abusive and threatening emails from Les Probert whom I assume is the owner. To him I say again SHAME ON YOU for bringing the industry into disrepute, and to a prospective client, steer well clear, you have been warned.
