Worst customer service ever
I have ordered parts for bike - Evoc bag accessories. Paid immediately via PayPal. No communication at all from a shop after - no order confirmation as well. In item description it was written that all items on stock and will be shipped in next 3-5 days. I send them message week later in English and received answer day later in German, saying that it will be sent next week. Asked for tracking number - not provided. Week later send message again - no reply. Later another one - then received answer that item is no longer available in the color I have ordered and if I agree they will send another color. Agreed. Again no confirmation or any communication after. Last week opened claim in PayPal, now shop sent me tracking number in DHL, yet when I open it - there is information on the page that no information is available about the number provided. When I send screenshot to the company got back very rude reply saying "what is your problem, go to DHL site and check there". Last hope that PayPal will resolve this issue and I will be able to receive money back. Be aware about this company.
