I was a bit worried that the bouquet…

I was a bit worried that the bouquet would not be as expected (pictured online), but it was better than expected! I've had poor experiences before when not purchasing flowers directly through a specific florist, but I was so pleased that the bouquet was gorgeous, bountiful and reasonably priced. Whoever the florist was that fulfilled this order did a great job!

I was not impressed with the quality of…

I was not impressed with the quality of the roses I ordered multi colored roses.
I got peach colored and 3 white roses.
They didn’t have any water vials ( for that price)

I will be be buying flowers in person at my local stop and shop in the future.
They came on Saturday. I know how to float them in the sink and trim the ends.
I’ve been doing that for 51 years now and these guys are pretty much done 4 1/2 days after delivery.
I’ve had roses last almost two weeks. These look pitiful. So much for being the centerpiece of our 51st wedding anniversary celebration. 😢

Delivered items did not match picture…

Delivered items did not match picture online. Disappointed with my purchase and unlikely to use Proflowers in the future. This was an issue previously and the reason why I hadn’t used your service in quite a long time.

Updated: Worked with very nice customer service agents and issue was resolved quickly and better than expected.

My flowers came shipped 2 days with no water. Some of them were dead on arrival. While overall this worked for the dance, I was disappointed I paid ~$20 for shipping and the package didn't come in best shape.

I was charged twice for a single order

I was charged twice for a single order. I called their customer service department to get refunded for the erroneous, duplicate charge. They transferred me to three separate people, and I was on the phone for 45 minutes. They insisted I had only been charged once and they could do nothing, despite my bank statement saying the opposite. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I specifically ordered flowers for the…

I specifically ordered flowers for the anniversary of my friend’s husband death. Only to find the order was delayed and then to find out the reason was. Excuse the florist did not have the arrangement. No one contacted me to pick something else. When I contacted you, I was issued a refund but that was it. No free order in the future. I was told I would have to call to place another order to get something in the future at a reduced amount, it was very vague. So in order to get something for all the problems I would have to wait on the phone to order instead of putting something on my account to use in the future. Not helpful. I have used ProFlowers many times over the years and never received such a weak response. I will think twice in the future to order from you again.

I paid $175 for a standing spray that…

I paid $175 for a standing spray that was so sparse. The blue flowers so little. It was so bad we hid it in the back. I will never order from you again. This was very disappointing . I would like to know what local florist you used so I never use them again.
