Liars! As other reviews state, they don't honour the warranty given. Mine was used daily but as I'm disabled I only walk on it. It stopped working suddenly and I contacted them. After three days they requested a picture. They said it's dirty and not been looked after so warranty invalid. It's cleaned by my home help weekly and had dust etc on it due to where it has to sit as when it was delivered they refused to take it to my room of choice as it was upstairs so it's by my back door. They haven't even looked at the fault so how do they know why it's stopped working? They don't! They simply are corrupt and don't want to pay out. Also I wanted a Bluetooth co partible treadmill so I could set walks I know. Now it's only preset walks available on an app that is expensive. Waste off money but I'm taking them to court if I find it's their issue and not my fault. Liars don't buy off them!

Update. In response to their reply below, they have given me a final resolution which is to raise a complaint. They asked me for a picture. I have an old phone but sent it. I was told the treadmill was dirty not looked after. They haven't asked the issue or made any attempt to find reason for it's not working. Just taken it a face value via a picture. My advice is,if you are crazy enough to buy from these people and have an issue, make sure you polish the machine so it looks in mint condition before sending it back as it's their way out.

Don't buy from this company, spent £700 on a running machine, within a few weeks the incline facility had stopped working and when I contacted them they said that it was because we keep it in a garage - like half the home gyms in the country, they wouldn't replace as the model was already discontinued so offered small amount of money off to keep it which we did. We are now under 3 years with the machine and the motor has stopped - it gets used at most 3 times a week for 30 minutes at a time so not heavy use. I have written to them asking for an engineer to give a cost of repair and if they would be prepared to supply an engineer given the age and they can't even reply or acknowledge my contact. I know that we are out of warranty and they have no obligation to help but I am in customer service and we would at least acknowledge the complaint even if we couldn't do anything.

Update 13/11- had. An email from this company two days ago asking for order information which we supplied immediately and not heard anything since. Also still no reply to the direct email set over a week ago, I have only had a response on here since leaving a public review. @proform can you please update on if you intend to do anything to resolve here please as otherwise I need to buy an alternative machine elsewhere as we have now been without a treadmill for a week and I am not happy to wait the 4 weeks you seem to be stating as your SLA which in itself is pretty shabby.

Final update and as expected the have refused to do anything and say they have no obligation as the machine ran fine for 3 years, it hadn’t as I explained to them the incline function stopped after 3 months and they gave some money back to us as we kept it. So lesson is don’t buy from them if you need it to last longer than 3 years as that seems to be the limit of the fair usage policy. Will buy from someone else in future. Didn’t even recommend an approved repairer which is all we actually asked for.

Good quality product, competitive price and if you install yourself it’s relatively easy.Using as part of my cardiac rehab so treadmill allows me to do as much or as little as I feel.

I have had my pro form bike now for 5 months when it started making a tremendous noise. I contacted proform as under warranty. I have now been waiting just on 4 weeks for this to be repaired. I have contacted proform on a number of times of when this will be fixed. All I keep getting is it is within their time frame. Well it's not within mine. I have paid for a bike to be working, an ifit subscription and I'm on a knee replacement rehabilitation program. I have received no apology I'm just expected to wait! I would not buy from here again! 🤬

Only had this a few days and already struggling with the seating position. It's got a outward curve on the back rest which pushes you toward the edge of the seat and I'm constantly having to shove myself back up. By the time I'm finished my workout my hips are in agony. Not from the workout though just from the constant lifting myself back into position. Not good. I've tried putting a cushion on the seat but still no good. A very bad design. Also I can not get the Bluetooth to work which on reading other reviews seems to be a common fault.
It's a shame because the bike itself has some great features but the seating position turns every positive into a negative for me.
Got to say I'm disappointed with my purchase.

Excellent service and a great rower so far, we are approaching the end of our first month.

I have always ran outside and after catching covid my running was well below par. I do not enjoy going to the gym and decided to purchase a treadmill so that I could run whatever the weather and time.

From point of ordering to delivery and after taking ownership communication has been great.

The carbon TLX treadmill I purchased along with the floor mat are great and I am so much more motivated to run or to walk now and feel guilty when I’m not using it! My husband is also utilising it for days when he is unable to get to the gym and is building up his running also

I would highly recommend this treadmill as it is very easy to use and was easy to put together

From start to finish the order process was simple , delivered within a few days, easy to build and setup. The iFIT program is amazing and makes going on the treadmill so easy

Absolutely love our ProForm bike and treadmill - both easy to assemble and of great quality. The iFIT interactive outdoor workouts are excellent and the library extensive.

The treadmill was delivered on time, with no defects/marks, and was well packaged. It was simple to assemble and works great. Good quality product at a good price.

All three machines are awesome, just wish the subscription to ifit was a little cheaper.
