Great delivery guys and the Treadmill is brilliant, highly recommended product.

It arrived promptly and the delivery men were polite and helpful. More importantly, I am very happy with my purchase. My only negative would be the extortionate price quoted for the rower to be assembled. Luckily, it was very easy to put together.

I had a good workout assembling my treadmill, myself and my wife enjoy using it.
The IFIT videos can be useful for motivation and advice and are a great addition.
Not a cheap purchase but a good investment in our health long term.

Great quality smooth quiet excellent for an alternative to a treadmill for heavy weight people who struggle jogging no muscle aches or achilles problems with this dont need ifit myself as I use just manual mode and really gets legs pumped and stronger for deadlifts legpress etc after 20 mins doing it 5 days a week without any pain definitely recomend

Delivery exactly when booked. The bike was easy to put together and worked immediately. The experience of using the bike and ifit app is enjoyable and makes keeping fit an absolute pleasure.

The exercise bike was very good value and easy to put together (with a bit of help).

The treadmill I got from proformfitness is fantastic and I am very happy with it. I use it every day, you can use it on manual too which I was very happy about.

I have purchased this machine with assembly, Proform Team done excellent job. We are enjoying our Trainer 9.0, no issue so far.

I like the link with the training exercises to the cross trainer with ifit. The scenery helps the training sessions pass more interestingly. I've lost about 12lbs so far this month!

Really great service and a fantastic product. The treadmill is so much more exciting with the virtual sessions and runs. Love it!

Brought the smart power 10 during lockdown 3 months later I had an accident which broke my tailbone in 3 places which needed surgery. Having informed ifit of the situation they did nothing let my subscription for the year run out which angered me and now I have had my surgery and back in the bike first day it’s making clunking noises when pedalling called customer services twice to be cut off every time I spoke on the first occasion and in the second told I was out of warranty and not only that but they can no longer help diagnose the problem?!! What on a bike I spent £999 they can help in anyway. Gave me a number of the so called technicians for them to on 5 occasions not answer the service is appalling we all expect better when buying a luxury item now I’m left with a broken bike and with no help at all would avoid and go with someone else

UPDATE 1

The engineering company having wasted a week of my time now advised they don’t cover my area so I’m now more irritated than I was before. I’m left with £999 clothes hangar this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced by miles.

Engineer awful on the phone advising he can only help if it’s in warranty what the issue is and refusing to give a quote for the wheel bearing unless I give full product code. I DONT WORK FOR YOU! You should know the parts. I really regret buying this bike and will never again buy from you. Been left ringing your “engineers” who you sub the work out for an no answer after no answer the reviews for pbs are also trash. You leave customers raging with expensive products with no way to get these repaired. Your customer service really needs looking at.

Still no “Help” as was advised a day or so after my review just a templates garbage email from a manager. No assistance at all the worst customer service I have ever had am now looking to peruse at small claims court people avoid it’s honestly garbage

Unfortunately I fell for the marketing hype of Proform and purchased the Proform
2000 treadmill from Currys. I wish I hadn’t.

The quality really is poor. The machine is a nightmare to assemble in a satisfactory way. Every step is an absolute effort, I’m pretty handy and it took me over 8 hours to be relatively happy with my assembly.

The wire harness from the frame to the console is extremely flimsy and one of the wires came loose. No way to re-secure so it would need replaced, but I managed to plug it temporarily to get up and running.

The pillars refused to align properly so remained misaligned, much closer at one side. This meant the deck rubbed against the handrails when folding up.

The running belt rubs against the rear frame. Noticed that this was due to the belt curving up at the sides caused by a fixed alignment bar underneath being too tight.

When running the apparently strong motors struggled and slowed with each stride - I’m 85kg. Tried as recommended, to loosen the belt which may have been too tight. This helped but the motor still struggled.

My gut told me that since I was still in the returns window, to get rid of it or I would have continuous bother with it. Trying to return the machine via the retailer was almost impossible, that’s another story though. I cannot recommend.

The item has now been collected by you and has been received, thankfully. I have provided the details request to ensure this review is not removed!

Quality of fit and finish is appalling. Incorrect parts shipped and no reply from customer service. Instructions are good but you will need tools to fasten bolts and a decent screwdriver.

Update: Replacement Part now shipped (not received yet) from iFit (icon europe?). Quality unchanged.

Was not sure what brand to go with for a machine. After speaking to Juliette at proform I was sold. Not only due the the machine spec, price and the offer but also the service she supplied was amazing. She went above and beyond to help with any questions and concerns I had. The service you receive is in my opinion as important as the item you are buying. I left and biught with zero worries. We'll done to you guys !!

I ordered on Nov 15th, today is Dec 13th and still have no signs when i will have a working Treadmill. Problems started with no delivery with SLA of 10 days. It took at least 5 calls to sales to get a date scheduled on 8th. If i didnt call that many times they were going to deliver on 16th.

Item delivered had faulty handrail parts that prevents full installation. As of today I am still waiting for response from customer service on this. Instead of calling they send short emails which clearly shows they dont understand the issue. And when i respond, it goes back to a queue. It should be the evidence there are a lot of problems, otherwise why would there be a long wait to get a response.?

Meanwhile the 1 month free IFIT trial expired but even for something simple like this, they are unable to change the dates electronically.

It is just a really bad overall experience.

I will update if the issues cant be resolved and if I need to return a half assembled device. I cant imagine how this would work.
