Bike received quickly with good instructions and the free years IFIT membership. Easy to build and would highly recommend both Proforma and IFIT after a month of using them.

Very friendly support and aftercare offered by Proform. The exercise bike has been excellent.

I recently purchased the Proform studio bike 22 on interest free through their website, it was fairly straightforward to do and the courier company they use was brilliant in keeping me upto date on my delivery, I could choose which day, including weekends and a morning or afternoon slot, really great. Putting the bike together is easier with 2 people and took roughly an hour from start to finish, instructions are OK but there are two fiddly sections when electrical connections are needed, thankfully my wife's smaller fingers and delicate touch helped out at these two points. The machine is very sturdy and quite heavy, I bought a separate rubber mat to put it on to stop any damage to my carpet.
Following the instructions on the 22inch screen it wasn't long before I was experiencing my first ride using the ifit programme which you get free for a year, you can have 5 different subscribers. I'm glad I bought the bike with the large screen as the rides are so immersive, I like how the resistance is added and taken off automatically so you really feel your climbing a hill or descending at speed, these can be overridden manually if you want to though using the touch screen. The programmes are varied with different trainers covering scenic rides all over the world and I really enjoy this. At the moment as I'm a beginner getting back in to fitness after a lengthy lay off due to a knee injury, I'm riding upto 30 to 40 minutes a day and I'm so happy at my results, my legs and calfs are stronger and more defined, my core and arms are more toned and I've lost weight and only after 4 weeks, but I put the effort in. Details of your session are recorded. I have not used any studio or live sessions yet.
I'm glad I bought this indoor bike especially coming into Autumn, if I had an outdoor one I probably wouldn't use it in the dark or when the weather is bad, now I can cycle happily even if its lashing down. I would say it has taken about 3 weeks for my backside to get used to the saddle and I've purchased some cycling shorts to ease the pain a little, but I'm OK now.
I did look at Proforms competitors and read all the reviews but this model suited me and I'm happy with the purchase and I really enjoy the ifit programme. I only have one complaint and that registering the bike is a pain, the website is set up for USA, not UK, you need to put your full adress in the first line for you to continue and have all your details of purchase to hand.I would recommend the Proform Studio 22 bike and ifit training programme.

Really pleased with the price and quality of our Pro-Form RL Sport rowing machine. It arrived on time with no problems. Setting up was pretty simple and when I needed to speak to customer services re setting up the warranty they were really helpful and got it sorted. Enjoying the subscription to iFit so far, loads of great videos and programmes to work through!

Ordered weeks earlier and delivered on time with extra care. Delivery men called and texted their ETA. What matters, too, is that dimensions and weight of the box was specified in the information — gave me an idea if it could fit into our door.

Great from start to finish, called for advice before purchasing then called for updates on delivery, only down side for my was delivery I didn't expect to wait as long as I did but once shipped it was pretty quick and I know they have changed delivery company since I was one of the very last ones with the old company

I ordered a hybrid machine from this company on Sunday 15th August. I completed the order form and paid with my credit card. Their system took payment details, then crashed. I did not receive any confirmation of purchase and my credit card showed pending payment.
I immediately emailed the company and called them on the Monday morning. They confirmed (both on the phone and by email) that they had a 'glitch' in their system and that my money was refunded!
I checked my account again to see that the company had taken the payment.
I called first thing on Tuesday to be told that it would take a further 5 to 10 days for the money to be refunded! Further, if I placed another order, delivery would take another 2 to 3 weeks!
As a first time customer with this company, I am not impressed. As they say - 'buyer beware'! Serves me right for ignoring other Trust Pilot reviews!

UPDATE: After a number of conversations with the company, my money was refunded within 48 hours. That is a great response to an issue which should never have happened in the first place!
On this basis, I went to re-order to be shown that the item is now out of stock!

Awful customer service.
Bought rowing machine from costco, 4days later the screen had a fault where it only showed "hello" across the screen, Called iconukcustomer service aka proform to get advice, went through registering the machine as the online registration does not work, then after spending a good 20 minutes giving all my details and describing the problem got told that they cannot assist until I send them proof of purchase, which I did, I was told someone would reply withing a few minutes after sending the email, an auto response said 7 days, I called them 24hours later to be told they cannot assist me as the proof of purchase didnt show the date, it was a 2ft long receipt, so I asked them to just tell me9 what I could do if there was a simple fix as it seems ridiculous that Ihave to jump through so many hoops when I could very easily just take it back to costco, which on reflection I think i should have done, and will do if it happens again.) I was told they were unable to help as I hadnt shown them proof of purchase. I was quite frustrated as the reciept was now with the bookeeper and not to hand.
I then decided to google search the issue, first results were press and hold the iFit button for 20+seconds which seemingly soft resets the system.... Why they could not have just told me that is beyond me. Aso why the online registration does not work is a bit cr4p as well.

Poor customer services reported a fault with a treadmill no one got in touch to help me! The treadmill they sell are hell to assemble it took 3 people and 8 hours the assembly of it was a nightmare considering how much you pay for them it’s not good. The customer service are appalling

ProForm 5000 Pro Treadmill Superb
ProForm 5000 Pro Treadmill, purchased online, arrives on time very well tracked... and...yes I´ve to set'up myself, due COVID restrictions. No problem at all, very well explained and just following user manual instructions...just time consuming 3 to 4 hours...

Treadmill is superb, integration with IFIT gives another dimension to it, at least for begginers, as it allows you to learn and familiarise with fitness jargon, workouts and many other subjects like nutrition.

The quality of the machine is outstanding, solid, functional and most important with ActivePulse technology you don´t need to worry about workout settings, machine does it for you, just wear provided HR Band and the machine does everything for you.

Something to improve is the update software experience, have to call support and instructions were somehow not clear enough. Just after understanding how to get to device settings and change required features, the application was able to update. Something you can do at the factory, before shipping.

I’ve ordered a £1000 exercise bike which was delivered on 23rd June with the wrong power cable, I’ve still not been able to plug it in due to the wrong power cable being sent and a new one still hasn’t been sent to me yet for what seems to be no good reason other than to try and figure out if I’ve stolen this bike! (Which I ordered online and was delivered to my house) It’s taken ages for this to be resolved and still isn’t resolved. If you want a product you can’t use then spend £1000 with this company for an expensive clothes horse!

Excellent service and communication very happy with my product

Proform has great products. Sturdy and well made. Customer service is friendly and very helpful. The Ifit program that they are compatible with is an awesome experience. So many fun workouts to keep you motivated. I received a discounted product in exchange for my honest feedback.

I was delighted that the model of exercise bike I wanted (CLC "le Tour de France") was available in stock. It was delivered promptly as scheduled. It was easy and quick to assemble. Am now using it on a regular basis. It ticks all the boxes.

Wee bit tricky to get in touch, but fast delivery and great product 👍
